Alright here I go, I LOVED it! I will definitely rate this ep the best of the bunch for all this season & most of last
Go ahead and throw those tomatoes at me
but I stand strong on this one... I found myself laughing & loving every minute of it- which is about damn time!
I liked how they opened with the "different" partners and normally I am all conventional but this was fun & definetly got my attention.
The next scenes with Max & Liz, my expectations were pretty low since I haven't been feeling much lately.. but I actually felt like I was back in season one for a few moments there..
now only if those writers can delete that damn spot storyline all just might be well...
Loved all the Isabel & Kyle scenes.. these two work pretty well together.. although they really shouldn't mess with a married person storyline, I guess this is inevitable... the only way I can see this as being okay or even remotely feasible is if Jesse finds out about Isabels secret and wants a divorce.. leaving Isabel single again and open to Kyle.. otherwise, no adultry please
.
Max & Maria were okay, they used to be "best friends" that one summer & then just went back to barely knowing each other.. so I guess it was good to see them all buddy, buddy again...
Shocked to see the continuety with the alcohol...;eek Someone is starting to clear up some of the old plot holes & reinforce some of the old storylines... happy bout that!
Glad to see Liz at the end realize (of course it took the old lady to clear it up for her) that the world does not revolve around her & everything she wants.. and she deceided to think of someone else ie. Maria to go have fun with Max and she deceided to stay & help her father...this is the Liz I remember, caring, thoughtful, helping others and not so demanding..
Overall, this is my favorite ep for the year so far & whoever wrote this one, I hope, continues
Ducking now into my little tunnel to prevent having my head smashed in
