Personally, in my honest opinion, I believe the future Max storyline, was nothing more than a mere manipulation planted by Kivaar, or perhaps Tess, or both. I mean, come on, what better way to convince Liz to turn Max towards Tess than sending her a future Max? Especially since Tess had tried everything else

That *would* of been a reasonable explanation to it, but I can't believe that theory only because; how would you explain Future Liz in the beginning of the episode?

Maybe she was some sort of hologram...you know, like, some alien illusion?

True, but the problem with that is, it was only shown to us- the audience. That would mean Trash was trying to mindwarp us.

LOL yeah I bet the Trash mindwarped us all! The evil b*tch is capable of a lot of things...
Hmm, but I did like the episode even though it screwed it all up for Max and Liz.

Nah, I think Future Max was Future Max...as much as I'd like to think it was all a mindwarp by Trash! Although, JB looked YUMMY playing FM, I wish he'd never shown up...that messed up everything Trash hadn't already messed up!

Overall...after everything played out. It just shows you can't beat dying. The story line could have played off the thought of people not wanting to die and trying to beat that. Instead just enjoy the time you have, while you're living.
Just like other storylines you've seen in other movies, books, TV shows. Everyone is trying to last forever, but in the end (in those other shows) it never turns out right or for the best.

Exactly...just live life to the fullest...death is going to come no matter what we do...it's just a matter of when. I would rather have 14 years with the person I love than to not have them in my life at all.

Cory, actually Max's thoughts on that were the same. Except he said.. "then we'll live 12 lifetimes in 12 days."

Well I think the thing that still bothers me is, after all that(FMax), did it really change anything? See, I don't believe it did. It just made it worse not better. I still believe they will all die in 14 years. Think about it, it ended with them running from their enemies. I think Liz should of told Max that night about it. They should of all had a plan regarding Tess. They should of researched more what the consequences were in the previous timeline in order to change the events. Oh hell, the writers just wanted it to suck. Why should I bother.
