My parents would say Roswell is plain crap!*sniff* Oh, well. My brother don't really like Roswell, too. My sister...well you know.  Anyway, what do your family think of Roswell? Do they  it or hate it?

I have to say Cyane32 and Bunniefuu, you two have to be the coolest mums around! I mean, I'd love it if my mum watched and loved Roswell as much as I do!

My Dad - "what's Roswell?" My Mom - "how old are you again?" My brother - "Whatever", My boyfriend - "Don't say it, don't say it...there, you said the boo-word again (=Roswell)" ...yeah, they are really dealing well with my obsession...

Mum: That two (meaning my sis and me) like that what-you-call-it- Rosell (yes, she did pronounce it like that)!
Brother- I don't like that show!

My father thought it was a show about the government conspiracy to cover up the existence of aliens.
"No, Dad, that's the X-Files."
My mother only ever saw part of one episode because I moved and didn't have cable yet in my new apartment, so I drove all the way to Princeton to tape it at my parents' house. It was the prom episode. Maria was screaming, "Why am I so smart?!" Mom just kinda looked at the TV, looked at me, looked at the TV, looked at me.
"Mom, the show is usually much better than this."

Husband rolls eyes: Oh God; not another Roshell night. I can't believe you waste your time on that crap. (And he really went crazy when I would turn out all the lights in the house and turn the volume up.  )

My mom and I shared an X-Files addiction for a while, so I can tell ya what my parents would say:
Dad: Just don't watch that crap when I'm in the room!
Mom: Interesting. Never heard of it before. *sits down to watch it with me*
Cats: Good, she's sitting! Time to occupy her lap! lol

Mine never really had an opinion about it...none that they shared with me anyway.  They just knew when to leave me alone, because my show was on.
