I think Liz has the most natural beauty, she didn't wear a lot of make-up and she was still really pretty. I think Isabel was a lot prettier when she had her long blonde hair in the first two seasons. She looked a lot better that way. Maria is pretty, but she just..tried too hard some times. I like her with long hair, but even when she had shortish hair (not first season) she looked good. I really don't think Tess is that ugly, it seems you guys are biased just because she was a bitch in the show and no one likes her. I hated Tess's character but I still think that she is somewhat pretty. She's definitely not ugly. So I guess my order would be:
Liz
Isabel (NOT season 3)
Maria/Tess
