Yeah, the ice skates are great, esp. Liz's. I hate that plastic crap they sell everywhere now. You can't even skate in those. :shake

Stalker, You don't like the plastic ones? I hate the old ones. Scratched up my leg. I still have the scar, practically burned my skin. The plastic ones make you go quicker.

Indoor skating rinks are cool. They have that huge plastic window thing around the rink so that people out of the rink can't jump in and have to use the door. Makes you feel like you're locked up too.

. You have no control over your feet and can't place the pressure on the leg correctly.

I'm sorry to hear you had a major accident with the classic ones though, Angel. I have a scar from a diving mask(? Dunno if that's what it's called) on my right kneecap. That leads me to the conclusion: No sports is healthier. :grin
