Isabel needs to be slapped for being so...cold and calculating.

I love Alex even more now. He's a great guy. Colin Hanks plays him well. THIS is the kind of guy I want to find, someone with a heart that's in the right place and a very intelligent mind and loyal to friends but not a total doormat.

The symbolism of the heat wave was a bit obvious, but it worked to move the story along, so...eh. On to Epi 9 when I have time for it.

I'll keep that in mind.

After Michael recovers from his fit (or whatever that was), and Liz is heading upstairs, I love when Maria says, with all kinds of solomn seriousness, "Not so fast. You know what this calls for." and then it cuts to them eating ice cream. lol What a chik thing!

Maria going off about Michael wreaking havoc on the rest of her life. lol Is she chunkier than earlier in the season? And what is it with everyone having brown eyes? I've noticed that. Liz does, Maria does, Max does, Isabel does, I think Alex does,

I like Max's comment about finding Michael. "Here I am. Deal with me." Yeah, sounds like everyone's favorite spiky-haired alien.

Yes, I love Alex too! He's such a cool guy, but man.. watch out in season 2..
And at first, I didn't like Kyle that much, but now he's one of my all time favorite characters, he's so funny. Bah, Roswell withdrawl! No fun in that.
I think in S1 there is this adorable M/M scene when it's raining and Michael just shows up at Maria's window.. that is probably my favorite M/M scene, along with the calm down kiss.

LOVE the napkinholder thing with M/M. The whole thing, from the scene in the shop to when she came out of class, was just well done and it was nice to see him vulnerable. And when she found it in her locker, just loved the expression on her face.

I'm debating if I want to start watching another episode. The bed is starting to look really good, and there is no rush on watching the shows. But it's like chocolate. You can't eat just one piece. And it's a nice distraction from the boring and stressful work of the perpetual studying I do for my Mammalogy class. I'll be glad when that evil class is OVER!
