It’s been a busy few months for Jennifer Lawrence‘s hair.

Shortly after sporting an elegant chignon at the Oscars, she dyed her hair jet black for her role in Catching Fire.

About a month after that, she was back to blonde, but still making a statement with an extremely elaborate updo on the set of another film.

And at Sunday’s GLAAD awards, she debuted a brand hew bob â€" but this look was all her own.

“Yesterday, Jennifer showed up an hour before call time and as she opened the door she was like ‘Mark, I want to cut it all off,’” her hairstylist Mark Townsend told Harper’s Bazaar. “I was like ‘What? Are we allowed to do that?’ And she said ‘Of course, it’s my hair!’”

Townsend cut a long, shaggy bob with wispy bangs. “She was super excited. It’s the shortest her hair has been her whole life,” he said. “As I cut, I lost track of how many times she said ‘I love it!’”

Jennifer Lawrence Goes Bare-Faced At 'The Great Gatsby' Premiere, Looks Absolutely Flawless

Jennifer Lawrence, you lovable goon, you never cease to amaze us.

Big movie stars, especially Oscar-winning ones, tend to get dolled up for red carpets and movie premieres. And yet, the 22-year-old actress showed up to "The Great Gatsby" premiere In New York City Wednesday night with what appears to be a bare face. That's right -- Lawrence chose to go with minimal-to-no makeup, cameras and flashes be damned.

To no one's surprise, she looked absolutely stunning.

Jennifer Lawrence set to make cameo in ‘Dumb and Dumber’ sequel

Swenson? Swanson? Lawrence?

Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence is making a cameo in the "Dumb and Dumber" sequel, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed.

The 23-year-old starlet was on the set of the highly-anticipated comedy in Atlanta to play the younger model of Kathleen Turner's character, according to THR.

Lawrence has even voiced her love for the original 1994 flick to late-night host Jimmy Fallon back in January.

"I know every word to 'Dumb and Dumber,' 'Step Brothers' and 'Anchorman,'" she said.

Fallon quizzed the blond beauty on lines from the film and she passed with flying colors.

Lawrence's surprise role was a convenient job to do as she is currently filming the “Hunger Games” trilogy in Georgia, which happens to be the same state where "Dumb and Dumber To" is presently in production.

Actors Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels shared photos from the set this week dressed in full costumes as their iconic characters, Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne.

The plot to the second installment follows the funnymen on a road trip in search for Harry's long-lost daughter.

"Dumb and Dumber To" is set to hit theaters in 2014.
