Well, I'm "reading" the books right now. I'm actually listening to them on audiobook while I'm at work. I'm about 3/4 through Catching Fire right now.

See, that's what I thought too. Mike has been listening to audiobooks at work for awhile now and here I am reading them. So, I held out until now and I really enjoyed it! LOL

I don't know how I feel about that... :thinking I've never listened to a book on audio, I guess because I don't think I could formulate my own opinion with someone else's voice distracting me... But then again, I've never actually read a book myself and then listened to the same book via audio in order to see if there is a difference or not? :lol

:lol Yeah, I haven't listened to one and then read it either. But I did really enjoy listening to the books. The lady that reads them does a great job and does different voices for the characters so it keeps it interesting.

FINALLY watched the movie the last week. Very good job on the movie, however I didn't feel like they really portrayed Peeta and Kat's relationship right. They didn't convey how Peeta was/is really in love with Katniss and her feelings were not genuine. Her feelings were more on what was going to get them through the game alive. For example, in the book she realizes that more kisses and affection to Peeta will get them more "gifts." Plus, at the end of the book is when Peeta realizes he's been strung along and that Katniss was just playing the game. :( Poor Peeta!
