** Just a side note-- if you are planning on ordering the DVD for the first season- instead of ordering it threw the link below to the Sony site, why not order threw the link at the top (Amazon) so that 12% of the profits from it go to this board in helping us to renew for next year. Just click on the image at the top (under the banner) and it should take you right there! ;) Thanks***

"Rock Bottom"
WEDNESDAY, January 29th at 8:00pm (ET/PT) on The WB.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
While directing reshoots on his film, Dawson (James Van Der Beek) finds his authority questioned when Natasha (Bianca Kajlich) refuses to do a nude scene.
Unable to say good-bye to Eddie (Oliver Hudson), who is moving to California, Joey (Katie Holmes) convinces him that Audrey (Busy Philipps) should be in rehab in Los Angeles, and the three of them should drive there together into a rehab facility.
Jen (Michele Williams) and C.J. (Jensen Ackles) set Grams (Mary Beth Peil) up with C.J.'s Uncle Bill (guest star Geoffrey Lewis), who turns out to be quite randy.
Robbie McNeil directed the episode written by Tom Kapinos.
This week's question comes from Leanne who asks: “Can you tell us a little bit of what to expect for February sweeps? Thanks in advance (if you do this).”
Leanne, that is a very astute question and for that, you shall be rewarded with an answer. You may have noticed that we always seem to have a little something up our sleeves every year, and this season we'll have a chance to see a couple of our Creek characters trapped in the most unlikely of places. We think it's going to be a really fun, almost magical episode. I don't want to spoil too much, but let's just say that it involves an inflatable air mattress and some shaving cream.
Send your questions and comments in to Paul
Last week our very own Paul Stupin put out the challenge to fans to name one of the other movies from the producers of “Wicked Dead”.
Congratulations to Stephanie who was the only one who correctly answered: “I think the answer is "BEHEMOTH". It's the only poster I could make out the name on.”
"Behemoth" indeed, Stephanie… Behemoth indeed... This week's question comes from Rebell, who asks: “Hey there Jay Jay... got a tough question (I think) for the DC trivia... What was the first and last name of the grieve shrink that Dawson saw for dealing with his father's death and faint attacks?”
Thanks Rebell, and good luck to the rest of you!
Hey Dawson's Creek music fans! Have you created your own customized soundtrack yet? Just log on to the new soundtrack site at www.dawsonscreekcds.com and choose from a selection of songs heard throughout all six seasons the show has aired. If you already created your custom soundtrack, you may want to think about customizing another CD or two...new songs will soon be added for you to choose from.
Last week's episode #612 "All The Right Moves" featured some cool tunes including Loudermilk's "Rock 'n' Roll & The Teenage Desperation". Loudermilk performed on stage at Audrey's gig..
Keep your ears open for the song "Overdrive" from the Foo Fighters in this week's episode titled "Rock Bottom".
You can find out more about all the music from the show at Dawson's Creek Music Guide.
