SOCIEMON: Hi Paul. I just watched episode 616 and thought that you guys picked some really great songs! Will those songs be added to the make your own soundtrack website? And will new songs be added every week from the remaining episodes?

PAUL: You may be talking about one of the songs we used for that episode by Anna Waronker: "Today Is" or "Break my Heart" - and the good news is that those songs have already been added to the CD website, along with another song from 616 called "Blue Mind" by Alexi Murdoch. As for the remaining new episodes, we will try to add a few songs from each one when it airs. For episode 617, which airs this week, we'll be posting a couple of new songs: "Without Sleep" by Cynthia Catania and "The Beautiful Ones" by John Lardieri. So be on the lookout for more new music all the way up until the big finale!

DVD RELEASE

It is finally here. The first season of Dawson's Creek is now available on DVD (for you folks in the US at least… the DVD will be released internationally over the next six months or so… keep checking your favorite retailer).

This DVD has been a long time in the making and we want to thank those fans who fought so hard to get it released. The entire first season can be found on this 3 Disc Set along with great extras which include Audio Commentary on the Pilot episode from Kevin Williamson and Paul Stupin, a Retrospective Featurette "Dawson's Creek: From Day One", a Season One Time Capsule and much more. Congrats to Bryan who was the first to correctly answer "the Trivia Question of the Week: "What is Hetson's secretary's name. I believe Hetson said her name was Doris. That was back in Ep601. And as a side note...I was an extra in that ep...waiting to play pool behind Pacey and Audrey."

The Travel Channel has a show called "TV Road Trip" and they've done a cool segment on Dawson's that will air on April 10th at 10pm. Nina Repeta (who plays Bessie Potter) acts as a tour guide and visits some of the filming locations that we use in Wilmington. Check it out!
