It's not going to be like that anymore. Joey ends up with Pacey in the series finale and tells Dawson she will always love him as a friend and love Pacey how a woman loves a man. That "I don't feel it' line was the worst acting I've seen in years.

In 621, Joey tells Pacey this.

Pacey is sitting alone on the dock, where he's obviously been doing some thinking and sobering up (he's drunk, not sloppy) for a while. After a moment Joey walks down and joins him.
JOEY: You okay, Pace?
A moment, and he wearily replies.
PACEY: You don't have to do this.
JOEY: Do what?
PACEY: Check up on me. I know what you want to do. Go in there, Jo. Help him lick his wounds. You don't have to sit out here watching over the lost cause. What's the point, right?

Joey goes on to tell him that she wants to be there and if she wanted to be with Dawson she would have gone.

We hear how they first met when they were five. It was at a butterfly garden.

JOEY: If I wanted to go back in that house, Pacey, I would have done it a long time ago. Don't you know me at all by now?
PACEY: I just don't want you sitting out here feeling sorry for me, Jo.
JOEY: I don't feel sorry for you, Pace. I just feel for you. Can't you ever tell the difference?
PACEY: I don't know. I guess I can't. We've had kind of a confusing run of it, haven't we?
JOEY: No matter how much I love you, or how long I stay with you, you're only going to remember the moments when I leave.
PACEY: You're gonna have to forgive me for that, because those are pretty much the toughest moments of in my life.

Another piece of dialogue from the scene...

PACEY: My best friend in the whole world just walked away from me, and he said things that can't ever be taken back. And the saddest part of all that, is that my best friend in the whole world basically hasn't known me for three years. So tell me, how does that make me a man with a support network?
JOEY: You've got one person right here, Pace. But I know that won't ever be enough. Not until you let it.

Joey is running scared from Pacey because he is the real thing. She even said Eddie is a fantasy that is going to leave.
It looks like she loves him and feels for him. It was written all over her face how much she wanted to be with Pacey in True Love. She looked miserable dancing with Dawson. She had no fit when Dawson moved on with Jen. She got over it in an episode. Did you see her face at the end when hugging Pacey? She was so happy. If my so called soulmate lost his virginity, wouldn't I be mad.

She lied to Dawson about sleeping with Pacey because Dawson is a manipulative asshole who threatens her friendship everytime he doesn't like what she's doing. She told Dawson not that soon later.

I don mean like she Joey was in a rage, I mean Joey cant take it, and gets jealous or whatever when Dawson gets someone new. I dont like D/J or P/J. Because I cant stand the fact that they were all friends, and how Joey hooked up with Pacey, then was so afraid to tell Dawson. Anyhow when the truth came out, Dawson played his game "You better choose me" or we wont be friends, and that is what Joey basically did, UNTIL Dawson let her go. If she really wanted Pacey, she should have told Dawon she was going to be with Pacey, no matter what he thought, but she wouldnt.

I have been a Pacey fan since Day one, and I want him to be happy, but not with Joey, because she plays too many games, that thing with Eddie was prime Example. Come on, she was all over Pacey in his office, how could she go from that, to "I dont feel it"? She has done the same stuff with Dawson. But Dawson plays those games too. He wants Joey, when he cant have her, If she was all devoted to him, he would find someone else to sniff around. LOL at your comment about Dawson being a manipulative asshole. How true!

I agree she loves them both. They are both this huge part of her life.

It's really too bad about D/P's friendship though. I think as adults it would have been great, very different but in a good way, than when they were younger.
