sweetck, you read my mind! These are the exact same thoughts I have on the whole Dawson/Joey/Pacey situation. I do think that Joey is way to wishy washy and it would really be beneficial for her to learn how to be by herself for a little while before she can truly commit herself to someone else. But I do believe that in the end she will be with Dawson, because no matter what happens between these two characters, they always seem to find their way back to one another.

This can be said for her and Pacey as well. Don't ya think?

P/J love is NOT extraordinary, its a joke, and it has been ever since the episode "The Longest Day" Why? Because Joey NEVER stood up for her "love" for Pacey. Granted she chose Pacey in the seasin finale, of season three, but that was only because Dawson gave permission,. She would have let Pacey leave, because she couldnt lose her friendship with Dawson. That is not real love. Joey always ran from Dawson, when there relationship was going somwehere, because she couldnt deal with it. Because she is finally getting what she claims she has always wanted. Maybe she thinks Pacey is a safer choice. Who knows?

That smile in the picture is no bigger or brighter than Joey's smile when Dawson kissed her for the first time. Or Joey sadness in "promicide" is no worse than when she found out Dawson had a girlfriend over the summer, after they FINALLY made love, as Joey put it. in "The song remains the same" I dont like D/J together any better or worse than P/J. But I think Joey feelings for Dawson are stronger, and always will be. If Dawson kept Joey emotional prisoner, she let him. And we cant blame Dawson for Joey not being with Pacey, this time she said she didnt feel it anymore, and wanted Eddie, AFTER Pacey professed his love. Actually more people will be surprised if D/J are together, since the Writers NEVER gave them a real chance. P/J are played out, and Joey dosent deserve Pacey. jmo

I said I dont hate P/J, I just dont like them, and I DONT want Dawson with Joey either, because I loathe Joey. And I am a Dawson and Pacey fan, and think both deserve better. From what I have seen Joey loves Dawson more. You know, I liked reading your posts, until you got a attitude, because of what I said about Pacey and Joey and their "love". I am not going to agrue any more, but your opinions are no better than mine, because thats all they are opinions.
