I just wanted to say I was watching Winter's Tale the other day. Those two are so amazing together. I think the writers must be on crack for forcing the Dawson and Joey story on us. You will love what Katie said. She said Dawson and Joey have a manipulative relationship, she says kissing James is like kissing her brother, and she asked the writers for no Dawson and Joey wedding. At least, I can understand why they have no romantic chemistry.
I was watching a season 5 episode called Appetite for Destruction. This episode was about Joey finding out about Dawson losing his virginity to Jen. At the end of it, she is walking back with Pacey and he puts his arms around her and she has the brightest smile on her face. Then, she let's out a sigh. In my opinion, I still saw sparks. I found out the hug was adlibbed. It's so nice to watch actors who actually have chemistry.

I have to agree. When actors have chemistry...you can tell. Just like Shiri and Jason had chemistry on Roswell, Katie and Joshua have it on DC.

hshap~ flame you? You must of been on a Dawsons lovers site, huh?  Oh and of course J&K would have chemistry; they were together in real life for over a year maybe two. And when they did interviews with Josh and they asked about Katie especially in the season premiere for S4 you could tell he was SO in love with her in real life and pretty much admitted it.  Man I miss S5.

I thought I would mention this because you are nice. I was over at a website called Love Doesn't Ask Why. It is a J and K shipper site. You can link it from I hate the head. I found out that the kissing scene in Cinderella Story was done a lot of times and it wasn't the director who made them do it over, it was Josh and Katie. Hmmm.

Since I feel free to talk candid here, I guess I can mention something about the sex scene. Katie was on Letterman and while she was promoting Joey losing her virginity to Pacey. Katie said they filmed the scenes on her real birthday. Katie told Letterman that she when she was home she told her sister that she lost her virginity on her birthday, tv of course. Her brother in law heard and got confused. Letterman said was it similar to a real life situation. It was so funny. He was really making her uncomfortable. My guess is he was referring to Josh, but I don't know. I was able to download an interview from the second season when Letterman knew that Josh and Katie were going out. Also, if you watch a Winter's Tale again, you may notice there is some tongue action going on. You guys are so awesome, if I mention this anywhere else I get flamed.

I don't think so, but you never know. That scene did not look like acting to me. I could hear the girl's moans. If you go to that website I told you about, there was some interesting info. The girl wasn't sure when it was from.

I also loved that Katie adlibbed "I love you" in the Te of Pacey and "My Love" and "sweetheart" in a Winter's Tale. It was in the dawson's creek newsletter.

Hshap- you are totally right. I remember watching that very show of David Letterman when he said that to Katie and she got all embarrassed. Because he was referring to something along the lines that Pacey and Joey were going to have sex and did they "Katie and Josh" have sex in real life- which of course they did and so she was flushed but didn't answer. I mean honestly what was she supposed to say? Yeah, I slept with him. I was shocked he even mentioned that since it is there private life.
