It depends for me, in season 1 my favourite couple was Prue & Andy. They were so cute, I was so sad that he died.

In season 2 I loved Leo & Piper, and in seasons 3 & 4 I loved Phoebe & Cole.

I really do think the writers could have done something interesting with the Cole character in the episode "It's a Bad, Bad, Bad World Pts 1&2" because I think seeing him in an alternate reality would have given Phoebe a lot of perspective.
