I have to be honest. I see no hope for them at all. I am going to be disgusted if the show ends with the hellmates. I might actually hurl. I don't think the writers give a rats ass about us. Their ratings are pretty decent. In season 3, they needed Pacey and Joey to save the show. That doesn't seem the case now. Last season was disgusting and degrading to us PJer's. I have never been so angry watching a tv show in my entire life and have never been addicted to a tv couple as much as these two before.

I have finally realized why the writers chose to forget about Pacey and Joey's year long relationship in Season 5. It's so obvious. They made such a big impact with fans and critics, which made the writers jealous. The only way to get back to the hellmates was to completely ignore their year long relationship. Think about it, it would have been pretty hard to believe that Joey loved Dawson all of a sudden, if she had been angsty about Pacey. It didn't bother me at first. The first half of the season was actually not terrible. We even had some cute P and Jo scenes. I thought they had a great scene when Joey first saw Pacey on the boat. I didn't realize at the time that it would have been better if they had been angry at each other. They really didn't spend much time together. She told him about Dawson's dad. When Pacey told Joey to have another chance with Dawson, it didn't really bother me. He just didn't seem like he meant it. Then, they started hanging out again with that Halloween episode. I enjoyed it because I thought they had cute banter. Then came the dinner episode. A lot of people thought Joey was going to blow up at Dawson and Jen, but surprised us. At the end of the evening, she looked so happy in Pacey's arms. Some people have called me a bit delusional, but many people thought that it was going to lead to a reunion. This is probably the last episode I liked of season 5 which was the one where Joey was singing in the club. I liked this episode because there was a lot of Pacey and Joey interaction and I liked when he leaned into her in the pool table when he mentioned the "other Joey." The sparks were still there. Of course, that episode meant crap and just started the whole Pacey and Audrey thing and Joey kissed Charlie. Then, we had the episode where Pacey and Audrey were teasing Joey about her love life. It didn't bother me like it did some others because I didn't think Pacey was being serious.

Here comes the episode when the Creek died to me. It wasn't Promicide or Coda, but Guerilla Warfare. Hello, Joey gave her blessing to Pacey and Audrey. It was the most unrealistic piece of crap I have ever seen. I wanted to run into the tv and strangle Joey's neck. It's like let's see how far the writers can go until us PJer's know that it is over between Pacey and Joey. It made me sick. I don't even remember what Felicity was about. Just about every other week, I had to see Pacey and Joey couple fluff for each other. I actually was so angry, I didn't want to see Pacey and Joey in other scenes together. Don't even get me started on the season finale? Let's go to the airport so I can go after my hellmate and you can go after my slutty roommate.

I will support Pacey and Joey forever. It may seem strange after I wrote this, but I will tell you why. I just love their chemistry together. Even though Season 5 sucked, I still feel some kind of sparks. The last half was horrible, but it is definitely the writers fault. Even though the writers tried to forget that Joey and Pacey ever existed together, I could still tell how affectionate they are to each other. Like, grabbing each other's hands or putting their arms on each other's shoulders. Even in the season 6 premiere when he bit her, she look amused even though she said gross. Once again, she took his hand before going back to the table.

I know this is long, but I feel comfortable coming here. Other places flame me, but you guys are nice.
