Vampire Diaries’ Candice Accola Shares Sentimental Moments From Season 4

Leave it to Candice Accola to get all sentimental about Season 4 of The Vampire Diaries. Her character Caroline Forbes is one of the more emotional members of their little gang, so hearing her talk about the major life moments everyone went through last season has us longing for the good old days.

“A moment that I really loved in Season 4 was prom. I thought it was just sentimental,” she said in a CW interview. The video then cuts to a scene of her and Stefan (Paul Wesley) dancing. Our heart really goes out to Stefan, who was getting an emotional pep talk from Caroline.

“Everyone looked so beautiful, and the lights... We all started talking about our own proms, and a similar thing happened during the graduation episode,” Candice revealed, shifting the focus to the epic finale.

“It kind of brought a sentiment to work amongst the cast and crew that was really special,” Candice said. Aww, we can just imagine how emotional shooting those scenes was, and it makes us love these actors that much more.

We’re definitely excited to see what college life has to offer Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Caroline when TVD returns on October 3.
