I'm pretty sure calibre has a converter on it so you can convert it to ePub or mobi. And if I'm not mistaken you can load your kindle from the calibre app. I'll go check.

Just checked you can convert the books to ePub format with calibre then when you connect your kindle to the computer you should be able to send it to you kindle from there as well.

it's an ebook reader Tabby told me about... that I could download the app on my computer (which I did) and it pulls up all the .lit files of the books she sent me. :grin
