Nothing against Tara, but I always thought her and Oz made a cool couple. So naturally I voted for Oz.

I voted for Xander! I loved back at the beginning when she was all lovesick over him and then their little fling they had. I think they could have been really good together. Nothing against the other choices though. Except Kennedy. I hated her.

*hehe* We have all voted different so far! I loved Oz/Willow as well, and Xander and Willow did have the potential to make a great couple, I agree... but Tara and Willow... that whole relationship just was, I don't know... amazing! I don't know why, but I just thought that they were perfect for each other..

I've noticed a lot of people slamming Kennedy. I know she was nowhere near Tara or Oz's league, but I didn't think she was a terrible choice. I thought the scenes they had together were cool and sometimes clever. I think had they introduced Kennedy earlier and given them more time to develope the relationship, then maybe the viewers would have taken a better liking to her. Of course I could be very wrong. There are some die hard Tara/Willow fans out there that are almost as fanatical about their relationship as they are to the Buffy/Angel thing that never really seemed to end in the eyes of most viewers. The main problems I saw with giving Willow a new love interest this past season was that ONE: it was kinda soon after Tara 's death and TWO: The seventh season seemed very rushed and contained a lot of sub plots to keep up with. I felt toward the end that the Willow/Kennedy thing got over looked when the time came for the final battles. I never felt that way with Willow & Tara. It seemed like they had all the time in the world to developthat relationship. Looking over this I kinda understand why there be Kennedy bashing. It seems like Kennedy was more or less thrown into the mix to give a wicca-less Willow something to do. No pun intended.

I know that a lot of people hate Kennedy because the felt she wasn't good enough for Willow. My hating Kennedy really has nothing to do with the fact that she was paired with Willow. I just thought she was an incredibly annoying and obnoxious character. Practically every word out of her mouth made me want to reach in the television and wring her neck. I would have hated her just as much had she been somebody else's romantic interest.

Also toward the end she seriously started to raise up again Buffy and then tried that crap with Faith and got shut down. That was about the time when I found her annoying. I remember thinking that she should get the hell off Buffy's back because Buffy seriously has way more vamps under her belt than a would be potential. I always thought it was too soon for WIllow to find a new love. I mean Tara was imensly popular and there's no way you're gonna just introduce this new girl and expect those that loved Tara to just jump on the Kennedy bandwagon cause that's just not the way things work. I think they really could have done without giving Willow a new gal pal. With all the choas and destruction around them it just didn't seem like an ideal setting for a pairing to develop...although this was the Buffverse; a place where relationships are born from choas and destruction.

I certainly don't hate Kennedy, but no one could ever fill Tara's shoes... but I liked the character of Kennedy, most of the time. I like Iyari a lot.

Hmm, I was sad when he left. It left Willow heartbroken, and that was terrible, but I did get in to the W/T relationship.
I saw *Touched* last night.. I never know Kennedy had a tongue ring before that epi!

I loved Oz, even though I thought she belonged with Tara. However, if Oz hadn't have left, I would probably have thought that there was no one else for her.
