Here is some spoilage that I found at the spoiler Slayer site. It comes from various boards and is very detailed about the first episode!

It happens that Mark Metcalf lives in the area, and has a small segment on a local radio station where he recommends movies to watch. It's entertaining. But anyhow, the subject of his acting came up.
He mnetioned that the Master *WILL* be back for one episode early this season, and at least one episode late in the season. More than that he didn't say, he was still waiting for the scripts to arrive. Filming for his first episode will be taking place this month.
This isn't speculation or rumor, this is straight from Metcalf's mouth, so take it as truth.

MAYBE TRUE, MAYBE NOT...
Episode 1
UPDATED - Spike is already back in Sunnydale and struggling with his new soul. Gone is the crypt and supposedly his all-bleached locks, Spike finds brooding/living space under the new high school.
UPDATED - Dawn gets trapped under the new high school. But it's the Scooby Gang to the rescue. Oh yeah...and Spike helps too.
NEW - The resurrection of Sunnydale High brings the past back to life and Buffy faces those she didn't save.
UPDATED - A new possible big bad makes an appearance in Sunnydale...but just wait until you see what it looks like. (No, it's not Tara and it's not Spike.)
NEW - Something big begins to develop on the Hellmouth, something so big that Willow can sense it from across the world.
Episode 2
NEW - Willow reluctantly leaves England behind so she can return to Sunnydale. Giles doesn't go with her.

From The Spoiler Slayer
I'm going to fill in a few more details for 'Lessons', I should let you know that this is detailed episode spoilage. This may also change before the episode airs, but I'm convinced enough of the validity of the source to post it. You have been warned...
- Dawn discovers Kit in the bathroom, freaking out because she's just seen a dead person
- Dawn and Kit are surrounded by 'dead people' in the bathroom, somehow they end up in the basement of the High School
- There, they meet up with Carlos. Buffy eventually ends up there as well
- The 'Dead People' have been raised by a talisman, which is located back on the ground level of the school
- Buffy figures out, while still in the basement, that the talisman is the power source. She phones Xander on her cellphone
- Xander breaks the talisman, removing the threat to those in the basement
- When the 'dead people' vanish, Buffy comments that the talisman must have been broken
- Dawn asks her how she knew it was a talisman, Buffy thinks about her encounter with Spike (I'm presuming based on the Oracle's info, that it was a face to face encounter), but only tells Dawn that "it's always a talisman"
- Principal Wood is impressed that Buffy managed to get the 'three troublemakers to actually go to class', offers her a job at the school. Buffy accepts (but the position is vague at this point)
