On a random visit to a Buffy spoilers page, I discovered that Buffy's about to come into contact with a Scythe weapon, which is beginning to sound a lot like the crimson weapon that was presented to Melaka Fray in the comic "Fray." In the comic Urkonn (goat guy watcher type) described it as " a weapon forged eons ago, for the slayer alone, lost for centuries. Carry it, for it is your sword and your scepter. Let it proclaim you the hero--and the monster-- that you will need to be." In the spoilers Caleb(new preacher-turned bad guy, works for the first, should arrive in the next few eps) has it or knows where to find it. So it should be a hell of a ride. Liitle side note...Anyone else get pissed that they interrupted the last few minutes of Angel with war coverage. ... it's like "you could'nt wait 2 freakin' minutes for the actual news to be on to make the announcement we all knew was coming anyway?" I hear the WB is re-showing the ep on sunday at 9 pm. So at least they're trying to put a band aid on it and make it all better

Ok...I have no idea what Fray is...don't read the comic books. But I assume it was the weapon she found underground, just as Faith discovered the bomb. Right?
