Mr. J... You bad boy! Actually, I have to partially agree with you. I would definitely be winning the lottery to help myself, my family, and my friends out. But I think I would like to be able to help some people out. However, I'm so damn lazy who knows if I could actually be motivated to do anything about it. It's like saying I want to help the hungary. Do I do anything about it? No. But the thought is nice. I would like to say I'd be the better person and help, but I honestly don't know.

Same here. The selfish part of me would want to do the lottery thing and ensure mine and my family's well-being. But then there's the compassionate side of me that would want to help others out. It's just one of those hypotheicals that we will never know the answer to.

Nah we're just honest. I'm sure most of us would help if we knew we could without getting killed ourselves. I'm just wondering about this: has it been stated how she gets these powers?Is it magic?a curse?freak accident?Or a mystery to be solved in season 8?

I'm trying to remain Spoiler free on all the new shows. I still read spoilers like crazy on Angel and Alias cause they've been around. But I intend to be spoiler free with Tru calling, The O.C and Skin. Makes it more fun. I hope they explain the origon of these powers, because if you don't fully understand how it came to be it's less fun. Although the mystery of how these pwers manifested could be the driving force behind season 1. Then again it took Buffy 5 season to even ask about other Slayers...so maybe not.

Just wait, they'll end up waiting till the last episode ever to reveal how she got these powers. It'll be like the last scene of the series finale.So if the show does well we'll have to wait 6 or 7 years (the average drama's life span) to find out. I like mysteries, but i hate unanswered questions. Roswell did a lot of unanswered questions and I was pissed. Birds of prey set lose a few questions but nothing that pissed me off, they went out pretty well for only have 13 episodes. Nikita was another show that did the questions without answers, but at the end it ended so freakin good I didn't care.If Tru Calling goes that route then I hope they do it with a sense of elegance and simplicity that allows the audience (that's us!) to put the pieces together for themselves and draw their own conclusions. If they just throw shit all over the place without any rhyme or reason like Roswell did in it's infamous 2nd season then I'll be one pissed off watcher.
