Well we do have this posted in the Library Forum, I thought I'd post it in here too... I'll see if I can't track down the other book, but has anyone read them yet?

Hmm... okay well just got back from the mall today and went into the bookstore and this is what I found.  Alias Declassified- it's not a book. Well, I mean it is a book but it's not like a Novel or story or anything. It's is *basically* just a lot of pics from the show, poster, and info about the characters. Sort of like a guide to the show. There is no story though. Basically, I didn't buy it. Didn't feel a need. Alias Recruited- Now this is a book. A story. A prequel novel based on the show. (TV series). I did buy it. I've started to read it. Actually, I'm going to go post about it in the Library forum, sort of like a summary to each chapter for those that would like to read about it but either don't have the money to buy the book or can't find the time to read the whole thing or whatever. So it'll be like a mini summary for those who would rather just read a short description. Then again, you may want to buy it after you read about some of it. What ever the reason, you can find it in there.

Ok...I called the local Waldenbooks and they had one of the books...I don't know which one...she said it comes with a cd or something. I told her to hold it for me and I would check it out. Is that a good one to get ?

Wheelman, the one with the disk is the Declassified Book. I'm not sure what's on the CD actually. More stuff from the show I pressume. Keep in mind that that book is not an actual story just info on the show itself.  Cory, I think I paid 7 (or like 6.99 or something) dollars for it (Recruited) at the mall bookstore.

I didn't buy Declassified. But yes it should of came with a CD. So hurry up and tell us what's on it. I bought the other book. I'm actually almost done with and so need to catch back up. So how's Declassified?

I would love to tell you what's on the CD, but for some reason my computer hates me today and isn't "seeing" the CD. But, I will make it work and give you and update when I do. So far, so good...wish there were more pictures of MV , but that's ok. Of course, that was the first thing I did, flip through looking for goodies.

FYI...I'm a dumbass!  Here I am trying to get this cd to work and it wouldn't. So, I ask my brother to try on his computer. Few minutes later he comes out and says, "Are you sure this is a CD?" And I said..."No..It's a DVD! Duh" I'm an idiot! So, when I can use the tv with the DVD player...I'll fill ya all in.

Oh cool. I was just about to post a link to the book report you did on it. If you guys haven't read it yet.. go check out Cory's report. It's really good!  And did you figure out the DVD thing yet?

I started watching the DVD that came with it, finally. I haven't finished it yet...keep getting interrupted. They have short little interviews with each of the characters about their characters and the story. So far, that's all I've gotten to watch.

I'm about half way through Recruited. I like it. It's kind of odd "seeing" Sydney with all this typical college-young adult-insecurities. She's not as "tough" as she is in the series...yet. Still got half to go. I want to finish it this weekend. I keep putting it off and I have two more books waiting to be read!
