Been looking over on FF and people are saying it's either because the World Series is airing or ABC pulled it last minute because of the weapon storyline/and our sniper issue. Either way, I really hope they plan on airing it next Sunday, or ABC is going to have some seriously pissed off Alias fans!

Yeah, Diana said they probably won't and she thinks it was pulled because of the guns. She just posted about it over on the Picture Zone. She was really surprised by the scene too, she said. :(

I'm just so surprised they did it so last minute. Obviously, they planned on airing it since they let it run on Saturday for Diana and all to see.

WE WUZ CHEATED, WAIL 'ALIAS' FANS

By MICHAEL STARR
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

October 29, 2002 --
DEVOTED "Alias" fans are outraged over ABC's last-minute decision to air a repeat of the show on Sunday night - opposite Game 7 of the World Series - after promising all week to show a new episode.

A show spokeswoman called it a "last-minute decision" that was made in the 7th inning of Saturday's game - when the Angels staged a come-from-behind rally to force a Game 7.

But "Alias" fans say they were robbed.

"I am super annoyed that tonight is a rerun," wrote "bristowannabe" on ABC's Web site.

The network had heavily hyped Sunday's new chapter in the saga of super-spy Sydney Bristow (Jennifer Garner), and the episode was still listed as new on ABC's Web site on Sunday.

"If ABC lies again, I will personally whack every exec over the head with a fish," wrote a fan who calls herself "spygirl" on the site.

And, in a show that revolves around conspiracy theories, many fans wondered if ABC's decision was made because it owns the Anaheim Angels - who ultimately beat the San Francisco Giants to win their first-ever World Series.

"Since the [Angels] were playing Game 7 of the World Series televised on Fox, it wouldn't have been a good idea to have two shows Disney has an interest in to air against each other," theorized "cardinalrulz8."

ABC does not own the Angels. Disney owns both ABC and the Angels, and as someone pointed out, they don't own Fox, so WHY would they choose to send ratings to another network, and it's not like Disney hasn't been trying to sell the Angels for a while. Once again, this person did not let the facts get in the way of a good story. ;)

Well, the quality of the image was so-so, therefore it was alright. I can't wait until Sunday to see it on tv though. It was adorable. You could just see the total concern on his face when she walks in and he sees her. :cry

Wow. Jack is in deep, deep, deep pucky now! I want to feel bad for him, but...not a chance. 'Reaping what is sown' comes to mind. And the hug scene at the end. It was so incredibly profound. So much better than if it was some big romantic thing. Okay, I love romance, and I would LOVE to see them kiss, but...just to see him there for her when she's totally crushed. That was so profound!

I wonder what's going to happen with SpyMom. And what of the hospital thing next week?

I love Vaughn. I love Vaughn. I love Vaughn oh yes I do!
Vaughn: OMG! I just love him. That hug! And the fact that he told Jack that he'd tell Sydney the truth about the setup if he didn't because he doesn't want to lose her trust! I love him!
Sydney: Ok, how crappy is it to find out that your dad is complete jackass?! Poor girl. I feel horrible for her! But thankfully, she had Vaughn to go to! :grin
Will: Stay away from Sydney...she loves Vaughn! :)
Jack: JACKass! How fitting! I can not believe he was in charge of a program like that...let alone put his own daughter in it! :mad :mad Bad Jack! I am so pissed at him right now! :evil I actually like Irina more than him right now and she wasn't even in this episode!
Sloane: Man, someone is seriously messing with him! I can not wait to see where this one goes. Is Emily alive? Is Jack messing with him? Is someone else messing with him? If so, who?
Can't wait to see next week...how adorable was Vaughn in the preview for next week when he's lying there and says "hi"? I :love him...have I mentioned that lately? :grin
