The race for an antidote to Vaughn's virus locks Syd into a pact with
Sark (David Anders) that could end Sloane's SD-6 days. But as time runs
out, two betrayals change all the rules, including an unspoken agreement
between the CIA's top double-agent and her doomed handler. Meanwhile,
Will's look into the standardized-tests mystery nets him an unsettling
sit-down with the quiz's creator. Irina: Lena Olin. Sloane: Ron Rifkin.

The big news?

As Vaughn goes into some kind of arrest, a hot little blonde named Alice
introduces herself to Syd as Vaughn's girlfriend.

Is Alice really Vaughn's girlfriend?

Yes!

How could the Sark-Syd pact end Sloane's SD-6 days?

Sark will only turn over the antidote Vaughn needs if Syd gives Sark
access to Sloane. "I intend to kill him," confides Sark.

Does it work? Does Sark get Sloane?

Yes!

What else is TV Guide not telling us?

Syd has to get naked and cup her own giant breasts this week as Sark's
technicians scrub down her nubile grad-school bod.

Two betrayals?

If you think "Alias" can no longer surprise you, wait till you see what
they've got lined up for tonight's final act.

What's up with "the late" Emily Sloane?

Sloane tells the Alliance leadership that someone is making it look like
he didn't really kill Emily.

Why is Will's sit-down unsettling?

The guy who created the standardized test is surprised by some of the
questions that got into the final 1982 version.

Any news on Francie?

She shows up for maybe five seconds to have Syd taste her bouillabaisse.
Later she takes another 30 seconds to give Will a clue about the
standardized tests.

What about Dixon?

Carl Lumbly likely envies Merrin Dungey's screen time. For the second
week in a row, Dixon is the invisible man.

What about Irina?

She tells Vaughn she'll help find the antidote if he reveals what he
really feels for Syd.

And Jack?

Jack helps set up Sloane by giving Syd his itinerary.

Hey, what was that prophesy again?

"This woman here depicted will possess unseen marks, signs that she will
be the one to bring forth my works. Bind them with fury. A burning
anger, unless prevented. At vulgar cost, this woman will render the
greatest power unto utter desolation."

What's good?

The girlfriend. Sark's deal. Syd's wet nakedness. The way Sloane looks
at Syd when he realizes she's betrayed him. That final act.

What's not so good?

That we don't get to see what's on that piece of paper.

How does it end, spoiler-boy?

Syd vanishes.

Why does SpyMom care? To be able to have some kind of power and control and to be able to manipulate Syd and Vaughn. It's a power thing.

As for the nekked thing, I guess we'll have to wait and see. Not that I have any desire to see Syd's naked body.

I think Alice has a bad case of not knowing when it's OVER. I say we throw her a blanket party. *grins evilly*

I do! And I have this thing called a jab stick, where you fill a syrige with drug, stick it in, and when you stab the animal (or in this case, the woman who needs to be gotten out of the way), it injects. So we could beat her down, and I could just use the jab stick right through the blanket. And I know *just* the drug to use. Ketamine. Close relative to angel dust. *very evil grin* She'll go on a trip without EVER leaving the house! lol

And the wonderful thing about ketamine? You can mix your own dilutions; you just get the powder in the bottle, and you add however much sterile water you want. *G* I know how to make the max concentration; I'll have to see if it would kill her or just send her on a trip to remember. But the chick must go. I say we tell her to ditch Vaughn, and if she refuses to comply, we just trip her out.
