Jennifer Garner, Husband Decide to Split

LOS ANGELES - "Alias" star Jennifer Garner (news) and her husband, actor Scott Foley (news), are splitting.
Garner and Foley "have mutually decided to separate," according to a statement Tuesday from their publicist, Nicole King.
The couple, both 30, met in 1998 on the set of "Felicity," the WB drama in which Foley co-starred. They married in 2000. Foley is currently in the NBC sitcom "A.U.S.A.," while Garner plays a spy in ABC's "Alias."
She co-stars with Ben Affleck (news) in the movie "Daredevil."
The fact that Garner, a presenter at last month's Oscar ceremony, attended without Foley earned a mention in People magazine.
In a delicate evening gown, the magazine said, she left behind her tough-girl "Alias" image. She also "left behind her husband, Scott Foley, and partied with a pal," People reported.

Oh no I'm old to the board I'm the SilverMoon Star that started the post but there's something wrong with EZB's system it has been deleting peoples accounts.

I can't Believe they are splitting up. They are so Cute together. I hope they don't get Divorced and they work things out. But then again its probably because Scott is alwas in Jennifer's shadow. i mean she is getting lots of recognition and is getting famous and he is in this sitcom that is in danger of getting cancelled. But still. They should work things out. they are too cute together and seem so much in love. Poor Jenn!

I've also read somewhere that Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck had an affair during the making of Daredevil. I don't know if it's true, seeing as Ben and Jennifer (Lopez) were (and still are) togehter.

Ben and J Lo are as much together as any other Hollywood couple who's relationship has moved way too fast to be built on anything solid, and started much too soon after her divorce for me to take seriously. Hollywood relationships seem to be built on physical attraction and last only until the sex goes bad, and then both partners move on and repeat the cycle. *sigh* Why bother getting married? Just live together, and that way, when you break up, you don't have to go through the messy process of divorce. Just write down who came in with what, keep track of who buys what, and when you part, each person takes what's theirs and goes. Voila. It's over and done in a week. *wipes dripping sarcasm off screen*
