Believe it or not, but nowhere in LotR (the novel) does it say what color Legolas' hair color is, and, in fact, a case can be made that it's actually brown. There is, honest and truly, a debate over the color of Legolas' hair.

The body count thing from Helm's Deep is a bit more drawn out in the novel. I'm glad PJ included that. Now, if he'd only seen fit NOT to bring the Lothlorien elves to Helm's Deep, that would have been even better...

Oh, ditto, Zook. I get beyond mad over the Helm's Deep scene.

And are you sure Legolas' hair is supposed to be brown? Now I have to read the novel again...I always thought he was blonde in the books as well.
