There are fiends and bosses toughter then the main boss in the game!

The best way to defet the guy in the desert is to have 2 Dark Knights and an Alchemist and every round have the Alchemist cast mega potion (Hi potion and Potion together I think that's the comobo for Megapotions ) it will heal 2000 HP each time (even if you don't need it just keep her casting that) have the others do Darkness every time

It may take forever and a day but you will beat him if someone does do mega pheonix w/ the Alchemist that way they heal to full HP.

Pretty much have a healer and two powerful attackers. It was the longest battle that I had to do in the entier game too!

I hope it works for you too it will take forever though so fair warning.
