:LOL Yeah, I tried out for Danceline in high school and thankfully I didn't make it. I say that know, because I'm lazy and I'm glad I didn't have to do all that work. And actually, I take it back. I did take dance lessons from age 4 to 10. After that...it was down hill. :lol2

I did Colorguard for a year in high school. I lost like 10 pounds, and gained all of it back, with interest, when I stopped. Ah well.

See, I just stayed thin until 25 and then gained a bunch of weight. So, it didn't matter if I exercised or not back than. But thankfully, for me, I've lost 30 pounds...and I didn't even exercise! :clap :)

:lol Trust me...I wish I had my metabolism that I had for 25 years! Somehow I started eating larger meals and I'm the type of person who would eat small meals all day long. Well, I still ate all day long, but alot more. Bad idea! :shake Finally had enough of it and cut back on my meal sizes. Plus, I cut way back on my pop. It's my one bad habit...so that was the hardest part!

I like Fresca, so it wasn't hard for me to nix the Coke and stuff and all the calories that go with it. But I need to cut back on the carbs I eat. I'm always on the go, and it's way too easy to get the noodles you cook for ten minutes, because I can cook them up, throw them in the fridge, and then when I need to pack a lunch, I'm good to go.

Yeah. I just cut everything I ate in half. I figured that's about how much more I was eating than I normally would. That was hard. I'd spoon up my food on my plate and would actually have to think about it. I didn't count my calories...thank God for that...too much work. :)

Yeah, I think that's my worst habbit too. Coke. I'm not even sure how many of them I drink a day. I need to drink more water. I'm just so needy when it comes to caffine. :shake :shake

Yeah, so I'm not the only one with weakness for soft drinks. Like I know it's bad for our health, but it's just sooo good!
Actually, I think college is kinda good for losing weight. I've lost a few kgs since I started college this year. I think it's because I don't have so much time to eat anymore, plus running to class really helps too! :lol Wow, but 30 pounds is a lot to lose. I could never diet though, I don't have the willpower to . . .

Anyone here ever heard of PETA? Anyway, they're so against people drinking milk they've started a 'Got Beer?' campaign on college campuses, and say a soda machine in schools is better than a milk machine. *rolls eyes*

Yeah, no kidding. They also hired two girls to give oral sex on the Howard Stern show to raise money for something, and they had a 17 year old girl, outside the studio of whatever morning show Jack Hanna was. totally nude and holding a sign that said 'Ban Jack Hanna'. And some of the quotes I've read...makes me go 'HUH?'. Like one guy who's in the upper echelons of PETA's ruling class said that the life of an ant was equal to that of his son's.

Okay, I am totally into the PETA thing as long as it's really directed against peolpe wearing fur or aiming at other kinds of animal protection. Wasn't that the original purpose of PETA? What's with that other crap? Have they gone nuts, or what?
