I love their chemistry, it's just sizzling. I know, I'm babbling again but then again, this IS more of a Dreamer board (no offense to Candylanders). I've never seen a TV couple more perfect for each other. It's just something about those two that makes me all mushy, and I say a million thanks to the casting person who chose two of them to be Max and Liz. They'll always be my favourite couple! So, how about you guys?

Chemistry all the way! There were sparks and you could see them. You don't get that with alot of tv couples. It was nice to have that for a short time.

They're so mushy! AND, they're so intense. I still say they would make a great couple off-screen.

Some TV couples have no chemistry compared to them. Okay, I know I'm obsessed with this but it's true.

I love that they worship each other. You don't see that too often any more. He's still his own person and vice versa, but they would do anything for the other one.

Exactly. Max risked exposing his identity and Liz would do anything to help Max.

See...that's exactly what I love. The very first episode...Max risks everything for Liz...because it was her. And Liz doesn't run and tell as soon as she finds out. She helps him instead.

I thought about this again and came up with something else...
Max and Liz have this story that surpasses other stories out there on TV. It's something like Romeo and Juliet, but even better. It's got this magical thing about it that just sucks you in. You can tell he's totally in love with her just by the way he looks at her. And you can tell she loves him back.
Damn... it took me an hour to think about that answer!

That IS a good answer. I always thought of them as being like Romeo and Juliet but without the tragedy of course. And the way they look at each other . . . a critic in my country decribed it as it was as if they wanted to rip each others' clothes off and ahem . . . you know.

Dreamy- Love your expanation. I'd have to agree-- biggest part was always the way they looked at each other. Even the opening credits always pushed that part as well. Just by the way they would stare at each other one could read that they would both die for the other and that they were meant to be in every sense of the word. And the ripping off clothes part too. Oh and found a great dreamer pic whilst looking for a M&M one. So here you guys go-

Totally. The way they look at each other is beautiful. No one can do that soulmate thing as well as them. Jen, that's a beautiful pic but that was a HORRIBLE episode. I was like," Max are you out of your freaking mind?!" I think he still wanted to get back together with Liz even then because just look at the way he smiled when he saw her in her dress. Pure joy! I'm only letting him off the hook a little for kissing Tess because it finally hit him that Liz and him weren't going to be together. Gah! We have to watch HOM on Thursday! Wish me luck!

Yeah I saw him smile there, but c'mon his face just always lights up when he sees her.

Yeah but for me that one was especially meaningful that was the same episode that he kissed Gerbil and it totally proved that he was still so gaga over Liz and never thought about going after Tess only AFTER Liz set him straight.
