Okay...the first concert I ever went to was either New Kids on the Block or Bon Jovi...I can't recall which one was first...I think it was BJ. Anyway...I've been to soooo many concerts that I don't even know where to begin with who was the best...BJ was great (I saw them 4 times) and Garth Brooks and really put on a show! AHHHHH! Too much thought!

My first concert (I think) was Bruce Springsteen. I was 12 years old and completely out of my element. I queued for 6 hours before it started because it was general admission only. He performed for 4 hours in front of 44,000 people and it was brilliant! Oh and my mum came with me.

Another one of my first time concerts was WHAM wake me up before you go go sorry, couldn't resist. I couldn't hear George Michael sing because of all the screaming 13 yr olds (oops that would be me too) :lol2

The most memorable concert would have to be John Mellencamp. I was seated at the L) side of the arena and he was staring at me most of the night. It was more of a "I've seen you before in another lifetime stare', very strange but most memorable.

When I was younger I desperately wanted to see ABBA. I was 5-10 yrs old at the time. Consequently I still hold a grudge and I've never forgiven my mum for not taking me to their concert. Talks to self and says 'get over it Claire!'

When I was young I wanted to see Duran Duran, The Cure and The Smith's perform. Now I want to see Stevie Nicks, Fleetwood Mac, Sarah McLachlan and the list goes on. Boy, does your taste in music change as you get older or what? :lol2

:rollin :rollin Wow, I even remember this song. Must of been back in third or fourth grade. :lol I also went to see the Cure- it was an awesome concert! Loved all the lighting. Garth Brooks was fun. I actually ushered at his. That was a lot of fun telling people where they could sit. :lol :rollin

I think the best I ever went to was Billy Idol, when I was in 10th grade. Most of the concerts I have gone to weren't b/c I liked the band, it was just b/c my friends were going. And I haven't been to one in years b/c I hate crowds. So that kind of limits my list.

I would of loved to of seen Billy Joel...I just love his music! I've been to alot of concerts. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill were pretty good. I also saw Tim by himself...not bad...but then again I adore him! :) I think I mentioned Grath Brooks and Bon Jovi. Saw New Kids on the Block back in the day when I was going to marry Joe. :lol Diamond Rio was okay also. Saw John Michael Montgomery at the MN State Fair one year. Oh...and I almost forgot (horrible me)...Matchbox Twenty with Train. Kickass concert! I loved it! I just love Rob Thomas' voice...it makes me melt!

:lol You too? :rollin :rollin See I think that it embedded the desire to have to marry someone with blue eyes. Period. :lol Yes, even the baby has blue eyes. Did I do good or what? :drink Well, I knew I couldn't really marry him- and a good thing too. I saw him recently "all grown up" and OMG what was I thinking back in the day? :rollin :rollin :rollin
