I've been ok. Had the tonsil removed in November and now I might have something seriously wrong with my optic nerve. Lucky me! It never ends... At least I'm almost done my degree lol. whats new with you? OMG! I'm sorry about your optic nerve. Do they know anything? Sucks about your tonsils too. :/ But yay on nearing your degree! What are your classes this semester? I'm still in school. Working, going to school, etc. My life is hectic and I have a new boyfriend, which makes up for all the other crap. LOL

Don't know much about my eye yet. I have another apointment next week so hopefully that doctor will have some answers. And the topnsils weren't so bad. Ok that's a total lie. It was freakin horrible. But I think it was worth it. I'd only had to deal with a cold since the surgery. Well and an inner ear infection but the tonsils wouldn't have caused or prevented that so I don't count it lol
Anthro theory, cultural training skills and a pretencious classics course that I loathe but I need a stupid elective course. And when the new term starts in a few weeks (There was a 3 month long strike so the fall term was extended), I have another random anthro course but I have long since forgotten what I regisitered far.

Wow. Good luck with the new doctor; you'll have to let me know how that goes. :/ I still have my tonsils, so you are quite lucky. LOL
A 3 month strike? So. Not. Fair. I never get any of that. LOL What did you do during it? Your classes all sound interesting.

Dude! I wrote a really awesome long reply and than Yuku ate it! Bastards! Now you get pointform cause I'm too lazy to write prose.
1. tonsils bad. you're lucky to have them. Surgery and recovery incredibly painful. No food for 9 days. Hunger hurts too. And makes for crankiness on top of extreme pain. Nothing but ice water and oxycontin for 3 days. Also bad. apparently I don't do well with oxycontin. Keep you tonsils.
2. I did nothing. 3 weeks recovering from surgery (lucked out, strike happened 3 days after surgery. Only missed 3 days of school). Didn't work, too many hours would ahve put my government loans at risk so I did nothing. Went to see the grandparents for a week over christmas than absolutly nothing. was longest I've ever been out of school without a full time job. Longest I've been out of school at all in over 3 years.
3. Classes not that interting. training skills mad crazy hard but fun. Theory is dull as to weed people out of the program since we don't have stats to do that. It's horrible.
4. How's school going? You said you went on vaca (I got ur PMs). I'm jealous, I've always wanted to go there. Tell about the new BF! BTW, how;s ur leg? all healed up after the break?

OMG! I have tried responding like 4 different times and apparently none of them got posted. LOL :/
OKay, you:
1) Ick. I'm sorry! That sounds dreadul but I'm glad you're okay.
2) But that sounds fun! Well, minus th recovery but you got a strike! And only missed 3 days. That's pretty cool! I'm jealous! I've never had a strike! I want a strike! LOL How was the Christmas?
3) Blah. Yeah, those don't sound too exciting. How are you doing?
Now, me:
1) School's okay; it's school. LOL I have ONE MORE semester, so that's ONE semester left. Yay me! LOL I've had a few tests and I did pretty well. Got an A and a high B in two of the classes and the other, I don't have to take tests. Just get graded on assignments. :/
2) Yeah, it was fun but I got sick. I always get sick on vacas. LOL It's so annoying. :/
3) New boyfriend. He's pretty awesome. He's a fire fighter and he liked taking his shirt off in front of me. Good thing Im outgoing and asked for his number, otherwise someone else might have grabbed him up and he's just the best. He is probably the best person I know, which makes me want to be a better person.
4) It's good; it took it awhile longer to heal 'cause I sprained it afterwards and then I hurt my back. I was trying to impress the BF and you know when you try to impress, you get stupid and I got stupid. LOL He thought it was adoreable anyways.

Oh my god, destinysky, you go to York University... SO DO I:p I faced the brunt of that 3 month strike as well. Its funny after all this time, we end up going to same university:p OLD DC fans unite lol

i'm doing ok. I managed to pair up with the smart people for some major assignments so my GPA remins more or less intact lol
I know all aobut doing stupid things to impress a guy. Last week I got up after not nearly enough sleep to do my hair and make up (instead of my typical ponytail and one coat of macara regime for early morning classes) cause they guy I like is in my class and takes the same bus route as me and I wanted to look cute and impossibly fresh looking. Then I forgot all my texts and nearly fell asleep in class making me look cute but stupid. yeah... I might have shot myself in the foot with that idea.

Yay! I'm glad you're keeping the G.P.A. in tact. Good for you.
This past week has just been awful. 2 tests, my church is going through really rocky times; some staff was fired, including our associate pastor and the congregation is in serious trouble. I think we;re gonna lose a lot of people. :/ It's just been a nightmare. :/ I feel like quitting.
Oh, I did that once in college. LOL I didn't get the guy I was trying to impress but I got another one. LOL Did he notice you asleep?

That sucks about your church  I hope it all works out. He totally noticed me asleep, but I think it's going to be ok, half the class fell asleep that week. It was quite possibly the most boring lecture of the year. Even if he doesn't I had a mini breakdown this week cause it was my birthday and I realized im 25, about to graduate and I have no idea what comes next. No job, no boyfriend, no life! I freaked out and totally had a pity party. So now my best friend is detrimined to find me a boyfriend to take the edge of graduating. It's wonderful to have other people dothe work for you  Anyway, did you watch Grey's last week? What do you think of this whole Izzy thing? Think they'll kill her off? I actually hope so. And George too. He's becomea whiney background character. I liked the whole Lexi loves George thing but they didn't happen and now theres McSteamy (which I am conflicted about but still...). And Dr. Army Cowboy! Words cannot express the love I have for that man.

Did you hear about Natasha Richardson? So damn sad. *sniffle* She and Liam Neeson were like one of the few real life hollywood couples that i actually was interested in. :/ They always looked so happy and in love. *sniffle*
I think a lot of people are like that... you have your entire future ahead of you, so you have time to figure things out. It may feel like you have to decide now, but you don't. And you don't need a guy.
I've been watching on and off; I totally think Izzie is going to kick it. I still can't look at her anymore. Not just the horrendous George stuff from last year but there's also the nasty Dead!Denny sex thing. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. I like Lexie/McSteamy!

I hear about her. There was q bit of a debate on one of my local papers about the quailty of the canadian health care system because of it. I know I don't need one, I just want one lol. And I have abit of a plan, I like the plan. Museums are the plan, just haven't figured out how to get there yet. I have a summer job lined up while I sit on the waitlist for a popst-grad program that I have like a 2% chance of getting in to (I'm trying to be optimistic ). Then who knows. Not looking forward to that part. I hope Izzy kicks it just because I am loving this new side of Alex. He's still an asshole, but he's a sweetheart now too. He's hard not to love and I think if Izzy die, it will be hard to bring that side back. I am still conflicted about the Lexie/McSteamy thing. It's like Mer/Der version 2.0. It's weird. What did you think of the proposal?! Wasn't it like 12 kinds of perfect for them?

Lexie/McSteamy is interesting! I like them.
Yeah, it was great, though I try not to get attached again 'cause I'm sure they'll start sucking again! LOL
Izzie needs to die. :/ I can't stand her. I love KH though but gawd, I can't stand Izzue. :/
