Luke dad is friends with Sandy and Kirsten so he comes to talk to them for advice and Luke over hears and goes home with his dad.

IT'S CHRISMUKKAH IN NEWPORT BEACH ON 'THE O.C.' AIRING WEDNESDAY, DEC. 3, ON FOX
Seth has combined both Hannukah and Christmas into his own, perfect holiday called Chrismukkah. It looks like this holiday season is going to be another smashing success until Summer and Anna force him to choose between them.
Ryan is weary of the holidays knowing that every other Christmas has involved family fights and watching his mom hit the bottle. He won't have to watch his mom drink this holiday season, but Marissa is having problems coping with her family situation and turns to alcohol to drink the holiday away.
Kirsten, fed up with her father's antics, takes her first vacation in years while Sandy continues the battle against Caleb's company in the fight to save the Heights. It's Chrismukkah in Newport Beach when "The Best Chrismukkah Ever" episode airs on THE O.C. Wednesday, Dec. 3
Marissa gains a friend in her therapy group Oliver. Ryan and her get classified more as a couple and Seth has issues with women.
Base around Christmas season.
Marissa goes on a shop lifting spree and a bottle of beer gets Ryan and Marissa pulled over by a cop.
Episode 12 The Best Chrismukkah tidbits...
She turns and gets sprayed with perfume--by Ryan. He's starting to relax. Have fun. She smiles. She runs off down an aisle, and he follows.
Ryan catches up to her, grabs her. Then pulls her into the middle of a clithing rach. Hidden, they kiss. (MUSIC ENDS.)
ANGLE ON THE EXIT--
Ryan and Marissa head out, purchase-less.
RYAN: So. No luck, huh.
MARISSA: There's a ninety-nine cent store down the street.
(beat) I can't really afford this place anymore.
RYAN: Then why'd we come?
MARISSA: It sounds stupid. But... I like it here. Everything is so... Perfect. You walk around feeling like all your problems can be solved. By the right nail polish. Or a new pair of shoes...
Ryan gets it. He holds the door open for her. But as she moves through the doorway--
A HAND clamps down on her arm. AN UNDERCOVER SECURITY GUARD blocks her exit.
GUARD: Miss? I'm going to have to ask to see your purse.
Marissa balks. Ryan steps up.
RYAN: Let go of her arm--
GUARD: I can't let you leave the store. If you don't hand over your purse right now you'll give me no choice but to call the police--
RYAN: (getting in his face)
Look, man, why don't you just--
MARISSA: Ryan. It's okay.
RYAN: No, it's not.
GUARD: (serious)
Your purse. Now.
Marissa looks down, hands it over.
RYAN: (serious)
What are you doing?
The Guard shakes Marissa's purse out onto the counter. Wallet, sunglasses, keys, and then... THE RED LIPSTICK, THE HOOP EARRINGS... AND THE WATCH RYAN ADMIRED>
Ryan stares at her-- can't believe it. She slowly raises her gaze to meet his.
FADE OUT
END OF ACT ONE
Later in The Best Chrismukkah episode...
MARISSA: I'm trying.
RYAN: I'm still on probation.
MARISSA: I said, I'm trying.
She searches in silence. Nothing. And then, A SIREN SOUNDS. Flashing blue and red lights. Cops. Pulling them over.
RYAN: Of course. This is happening.
He stops the car. Looks at Marissa, holding the bottle. Starting to panic. Realizing the stakes. Feeling terrible.
The COP walks up to the Cherokee. Ryan turns off the MUSIC. Opens the window. Offers his LICENSE and REGISTRATION.
COP: Happy holidays. (beat)
You've got a broken taillight. Know that?
RYAN: Uh. It just happened. We're gonna get it fixed.
COP: You kids haven't been drinking?
RYAN: No, sir.
He looks at Ryan. Believes him. Shines the flashlight into the car. Just missing the bottle that Marissa holds between her feet on the floor. She smiles. But the Cop locks into her red-rimmed eyes. Balled-up Kleenex in her lap.
COP: Everything okay here, Miss?
MARISSA: Fine. Thanks.
But h e's not quite buying it. Ryan tenses. The Cop shines the light back on Marissa. She shields her eyes.
COP: Miss. Would you please--?
Just then, his radio SOUNDS. He steps away from the car to answer it. Ryan looks at Marissa. She just looks down.
COP: (returning)
I've got a call I need to get to. I'm gonna let you go with just a warning for the taillight. You get that fixed. Drive straight home.
RYAN: Promise.
The cop gives Ryan his license and heads to his car. The lights go off and he drives away. Marissa exhales. But Ryan burns. He gets out of the car, goes over and opens Marissa's door.
He grabs the bottle off the floor. And hurls it. IT SMASHES. Ryan SLAMS her door shut. She flinches. Then he opens it and SLAMS it again.
MARISSA: Stop! You're scaring me.
He turns his back on her, goes to the front of the car. She gets out.
RYAN: (to himself, trying to calm down)
If there's drinking, crying and cops. Well then, I guess it must be Christmas.
(then, looks at her; with great difficulty)
I left this behind. I'm not doing it again.
Marissa looks at him-- feels terrible. Takes his hand.
MARISSA: I'll get help.
The last tidbit for The Best Chrismukkah...
Ryan enters from the kitchen. Something in his hand. Finds Seth lying on the couch. Arms across his face.
RYAN: How'd it go with the girls?
SETH: There can be no romance without tragedy, Ryan. Remember that.
Ryan nods sympathetically. Seth sits up.
SETH: Is that what I think it is?
Ryan nods, reveals he's holding his STOCKING.
RYAN: I thought maybe I'd hand this.
Seth raises his fist in the air, triumphant.
Episode 13 The Countdown Anna and Summer have a conflict of interest they like each other but yet they both want Seth Cohen. It becomes a battle of the women but yet who will win?
Kirsten Sister Hailey Nichols makes a return to the OC after a 2 year trip around the world.
Hailey and Ryan battle it out for possession of the pool house but Ryan finds himself on the sofa without Hailey breaking a mental sweat.
Hailey throws a rager of a New Years Eve party while Sandy and Kirsten take a quiet night and dinner out of the house leaving Ryan and Seth acting forty something year old fuddy duddy types but in the end Ryan finds out why Hailey really returned.
Based around New Years Eve. Kirsten and Sandy plan a quiet night out.
Hailey Kirsten sister returns from a 2 year backpack tour and claims stake on the pool house leaving Ryan the sofa.
Hailey uses the Cohen home to throw a rager of a New Years Eve party leaving the boys freaking out.
Marissa says I love you to Ryan her Boyfriend now and he says Thank You...
Julie is now traveling thru Europe with Caleb.
Episode 14 "The Third"Oliver is not who he says he is and Marissa is trying to defend him to the rest of the group.
Seth has issues both Anna and Summer show for a concert they were to attend.
Seth gets no respect.
The third title is in refrence to all the triangles my head is spinning I cant keep the triangles straight to list.
I am guessing a large part of this episode is in a club and we have a guest band playing in this episode
