I was watching Angel last night... checked out O.C. on commercial, and there was Ryan with another girl, talking to Marissa... anyone else get that M/L/T vibe? I know, I'm weird, but it was just like, a vibe, smack in the face... you know? Maybe not. But... I watched an episode once, and Marissa just annoys me

There is a bit of the T/M/L thing going on, but I think they should be together.

No matter how bored I get of them I think they need to try again.

OK, she didn't trust him, but he didn't trust her either. He was waiting for her to mess up, expecting her to mess up. Because of his background and previous experiences. But that's the same reason she didn't listen to him, because Luke did the same thing when she wanted to be just friends with Ryan- they both have trust issues, but they also love each other.

I think they need each other to keep each other in line, all they have to do is start slow and rebuild. They shouldn't give up so easily on something they've fought so hard to have.

It pains me to say it because I really liked them in the beginning, but I have to say no. Repeating what everyone else has already said, they don't trust each other. And Marissa obviously doesn't know how to treat a boyfriend. You don't constantly ditch your boyfriend to hang out with some other guy. It doesn't matter if you're "just friends." And the fact that she thought things could just go back to normal after everything that happened proves just how stupid she really is. Kudos to Ryan for turning her down.

Ok, now I know she should have trusted him-- but so should have seth, kirsten and sandy- Granted that Sansy did finally come around- but the only people that didn't like or trust Oliver was 'the boyfriend' and the former 'jealous boyfriend'- how does that look?

I'm not saying she was right by any means- but she's human. And they haven't been dating for years or anything their relationship is still fairly new- so it's not gonna be rock solid.

I think they need to build trust- they both need to figure out what they want and just go for it. She's human- She messes up a lot- it's who she is.

She needs to grow up, and she is , slowly (very slowly) through trial and error. But if they both love each other like they said at new years then they should try and rebuild- work it out.

I know everyone sees Ryan as getting a bad hand in stuff because he has, but he did do a few things that would have made me question him- say going through my locker? I would have been a little wary to listen to anything he said after he invaded my privacy, took things, and didn't give me a reason I could understand- Who wouldnt?

No one could really see the real side of Oliver because they havn't grown up around people like him, Ry knows how to tell a phony from an original- those people grew up with all phonies lol they just didn't see the difference.

I was more pissed at Seth for not trusting Ry than I was at Rissa.

Yup...i think that Marissa and Ryan need to develope a friendship before their relationship can go anywhere...but its hard cause they have all that tension. But yeah they have to have a bit more trust in each other before they can get back together. The thing is i cant imagine them with anyone else...so yeah Ryan and Marissa definently a yes!

Ah, have you every watched Roswell? If you have, they're talking about Max, Liz and Tess, and Spice was saying that Ryan and Marissa reminded her of Max and Liz, and Tess would be the interefering factor (in this case, it was a guy - Oliver - but that's a minor detail. ).
