Ok we all want Luke & Lorelai to get together right? But think about it the anticipation & wanting them to get together is why some people watch it! But I was thinking if they get together then what? What happens then, the show will be boring. Like on The Nanny when Fran & Max got together, it was still good but not as good. Who's The Boss? when Tony & Angela got together it wasn't as good. I know there's more I can't think of :lol

Friends was still good when Ross & Rachel got together & so was Dawson's Creek when Pacey & Joey got together, but when Dawson & Joey got together it sucked :lol

I dunno it was just a thought :lol

I wanted Jess & Rory to get together more than anyone but there relationship changed, all the did was kiss & kiss :lol

they didn't have there little banters or anything. Hopefully when Luke & Lorelai do get together it won't change.

I agree. It seems like since Jess & Rory have gotten together we've hardly seen them together and when we do it hasn't been as good (bickering, etc). But I think (hopefully) we're going to get some good moment in these last eps..and unfortunately, some really sad ones too.

As for Luke and Lorelai, well I just love their dynamic! How funny when Luke was telling Lorelai how he talked about her all through his first date with Nicole! They are definately a great match. I don't think they will ever get together though. It's think it'll be something that they're not going to touch, even though it will always be there.

You're absolutely correct, those other series did go downhill once the principles were romantically involved. I'd still like to see Luke and Lorelei together though. :dance

Yes that's true, but a lot of people would love to see them together, just to see how they would act. Although you're absolutely right, I'd also would love to see them together.

Oh and on www.starmagazine.com I've read the following article:
There's a guy in Gilmore Girl Alexis Bledel's life. And he just happens to be her co-star on the WB series. On the show Alexis' character, Rory, has been dating reckless bad boy Jess, played by Milo Ventimiglia. Now their romance is carrying over into real life. The happy pair has been holding hands, dancing around the set.

I know you are right about the couples you mentioned but when Angella and Tony got together you barely even saw them as a couple..Yeah, thre same banter wasn't there anymore but that in my opinion is the writers fault...When you get a couple together it is almost like some writers don't know what to do next when there really is a lot they can do next ...

I strongly want Lorelie and Luke to get together, too bad looks like she is supposed to go out with some guy to spite her parents...I am starting to doubt that they will ever be a couple..
