MEREDITH AND CRISTINA CAN'T SEEM TO TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT THE STATUS OF THEIR RELATIONSHIPS ON ABC'S "GREY'S ANATOMY"

"Tell Me Sweet Little Lies" - The truth is in short supply as Meredith and Cristina lie to each other about the status of their relationships. George is given the unpleasant task of discharging an elderly patient who's no longer sick, but refuses to leave the hospital; and Alex learns his fate after re-taking his medical exams, on "Grey's Anatomy," SUNDAY, JANUARY 22 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Grey's Anatomy" stars Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang, Isaiah Washington as Preston Burke, Katherine Heigl as Isobel "Izzie" Stevens, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, T.R. Knight as George O'Malley, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, James Pickens, Jr. as Richard Webber, and Kate Walsh as Addison Shepherd.

Guest cast is pending.

"Tell Me Sweet Little Lies" was written by Tony Phelan and Joan Rater and was directed by Adam Davidson.

It was so good. *sigh* Though, Derek and Meredith are getting so damn painful to watch.

And, Izzy was nice to Alex; aw. There goes that ice. Yay!

And I agree...that was a little painful at the end with Meredith and Derek. *sigh*

And, not a one is encouraging. I'll bet anything that we won't see Derek/Meredith together until the season finale. In the meantime, we'll all be ready to blow our televisions to oblivion.

Because writers are sick and sadistic. And, unfortunately, we do like our angst. Just not quite like this. This might even be more painful than seasons 3 and 4 of Alias(I would say season 5, but alas, I can not...)

10? Not really sure. I know we were supposed to have like 24 or 25 episodes.

But yeah, D/M are just painful. I actualy have to look away during their scenes. I guess that's the mark of really good acting or maybe it's bad writing too.
