"Time Has Come Today" - The doctors of Seattle Grace help Izzie cope with the loss of her fianci, Denny, and her decision to quit the internship program. Meredith must decide what the future holds after her hospital liaison with Derek. The Chief is confronted by his wife, Adele, after spending the night in his office, and George seeks relationship advice from a surprising source, on the season premiere of "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Grey's Anatomy" stars Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang, Isaiah Washington as Preston Burke, Katherine Heigl as Isobel "Izzie" Stevens, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, T.R. Knight as George O'Malley, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, James Pickens, Jr. as Richard Webber, Kate Walsh as Addison Shepherd and Sara Ramirez as Callie Torres.

Guest cast: Chris O'Donnell as Dr. Finn Dandridge, Kate Burton as Ellis Grey, Loretta Devine as Adele, Steven W. Bailey as Joe, Jessica Tuck as Shannon's Mom, Sarah Utterback as Olivia, Joanie Fox as Sara's Mom, Mis Qesley as Karen's Mom, Pepper Sweeney as Lisa's Dad and Robin Pearson Rose as Patricia.

Well, EP hinted in one of the previews I read that Meredith followed her heart, which was with McDickweed, so I guess she picks him. Which explains the pretty picture of them.

Grrrrrrrrrrr!

Also, I love the pic of Izzy/Alex... I want them back together!

I hope that's wrong and she didn't pick him! And I hope Alex and Izzy get back together too. That would be great. They way he picked her up off Denny's bed was so perfect and romantic!

It was perfect. It was one of those truly rare moments where Alex allowed his true self to shine through. He isn't that total dick he plays all the time. I really want to see them rebuild their friendship and find their way into a real relationship.

They remind me of my favorite soap 'ship, Robin and Patrick on GH(they're in my pretty sig)...

I am not going to discuss Derek or Meredith until the episode airs... if it's as bad as I'm expecting, I'll go postal. LOL

Alex and Izzy...I know! I hope that if they decide to pursue that avenue with them again that they don't just jump into it. I hope that they let that grow into something awesome.

That's what I want too. They BOTH fucked up. Alex was a total dick, but at the sametime, Izzy was nasty too. There needs to be mutual respect there and I don't think that will happen, unless they start from the very beginning and become friends again.

I'll try not to, but it will be hard. If she actually out and out picks him... UGH!

Mmmm... I didn't know that. Actually I'm wondering if I ever had that before? My taste is usually on the very expensive side. I actually had a date leave once because I was too expensive and he said he had a mortgage to pay. Eh, well... he was a bad date anyways. lol

Hey, I liked the episode! I thought it was good.

Let's see:

Alex rocks. LOVED his scenes with Addison. He has clearly found his calling. *sigh*

I wish I felt something for Izzie's heartbreak, but yeah... I don't... Hated Denny.

Bailey's scenes with Omar just broke my heart. Whoever played Omar rocked. I know Bailey was thinking about Denny, not Omar or his wife, but I absolutely loved how she stayed and tried to help him. First season, beginning of last, she would have left him and said "Oh, well..."

Cailey was good too. I really liked her this episode.

Addison remains the ONLY character in this triangular mess that I sympathize with. She owns her shit and doesn't make herself the victim. She screwed up and knows it, unlike Derek and Meredith, who act as if they were victims. Derek was cheated on, but fact is... he bailed on his marriage a looong time ago and he went back to Addison, knowing he was in love with someone else, to punish Addison. And, meredith? Well, she's just pathetic and needy.

But that's all just me...
