HOLY FUCKING SHIT! But! But! But! It's GREY'S Anatomy. You can't have a Grey's Anatomy without a GREY! What would they call it? Yang's anatomy? That sounds like a bad porno. BASTARDS! How can they leave it like that! With a Gray Meredith Grey! But! But! But!

You know what I think? I think Meredith is going to die, but I also think her mother will too. She's supposed to have surgery and I think she dies, sending Meredith back. I think she dies to free Meredith from her chains, which seems to be what basically drowned her. Or, maybe I'm thinking too much.

But that's my theory.

I thought it was an awesome twist and an awesome episode.

I hated Izzie's speech though. Oy.

If I'm right, I expect a whole lotta bowing from you, missy... and if I'm wrong... I'll cry because seriously Ellis needs to die. She is like chains around Meredith's neck and as long as she's around, Meredith will be drowning... she needs those chains off her.

Yes, I do. LOL Ellis isn't even pretty chains either; she's the chunky, clunky kind that I can't wait to get rid of.

Word on the plot device that has outlived her usefullness. LOL

I have no idea. LOL I can't live without spoilers, though I try to be unspoiled for a few shows(Grey's included), but I need to know the big stuff. LOL

I was like that with Alias... there were very few things that were a surprise. Which wasn't always good because it gave me more time to really whine. LOL I found out about the twist at the end of season 2 (the two year thing) about a month before it aired and before they filmed it.

LOL Yeah and the ring. The. Ring. I almost had a coranary on that one. I was told because my friend got spoilers way inadvanced and she didn't want me to be blindsided. LOL

Then JJ yammered about how it was a good thing and how we would just love Lauren. Blech. That made it worse.

So, I'm wondering how this will change Meredith? I mean you'd think it would, but will it? What do you think?

i think she'll be a little less twisty. still dark cause once you're dark you can never be shiney again, but less twisty. but i have a feeling theres going to be some dark family secrets reveled now that Ellis is dead and that might bring the twaity back. I'm kinda of curious as to whether or not she remebers her little interlude in limbo

I wonder if she'll remember it too or if she'll even remember what happened in the water. She did NOT fight back. Wouldn't she kinda have to acknowledge that before she can really make any changes?

I too think she'll discover some deep, dark secrets about her mother and I wonder if she'll somehow begin to bond with her father's family. Her step-mom did offer her that chance before.

Yeah, but there won't be much growth if she's always angsty.
