I just read in the Toronto Star that ABC is starting a spin off for Addison. Can't picture here not at Seattle Grace...

I love Kate Walsh and I love Addison, but I don't know if a spinoff would work. I'd try it though.

Yeah and the reason why she's so interesting is because of the characters on the show. Take any of them and spin them off and I just don't think they're that interesting. Together? They are. Apart? Not so much.

'Grey's Anatomy' Spin-Off to Star Kate Walsh

Paging Dr. Addison… “Extra” has learned that “Grey's Anatomy” starlet Kate Walsh may soon be scrubbing in for her very own show!

ABC and “Grey's” creator Shonda Rhimes announced the decision Wednesday, revealing the spin-off will fill a primetime prescription that would center on Walsh's sexy neonatal character.

While the show is not a go just yet, word is that a special dose of “Grey's” would serve as a pilot and is scheduled for its debut in May.

Supposdly there's more unrest on the set because KW got the spinoff. Apparently, everyone was mad that she got it and not someone else.

Grey's is like a soap opera backstage. LOL

Exactly, everyone else is/was main...ie..they started on the first episode. We've had them since day one.

Yeah, but given the fact that GA has all this success, I can easily see egos getting in the way. It's still like a soap opera.

Eh, I think they've all done it. I think that's what happens when you find success on a show.

But hopefully IW is getting his stuff under control... PD seemed to think so and there's been nothing on him for awhile. Hopefully it stays that way...

it won't happen lol. Shes married, quite happily from the look of things with like 3 kids, and shes getting married. I think it would totaly ruin Mer/Der for me if they ever went there. Like Syd and Vaughn. Things got weird and bad after JG and MV had a thing
