Okay, so did anyone read EW's Fall Preview? It had an article on Grey's and I'm guessing... Meredith probably doesn't pick anyone. At least that is my guess based on the EW article. I definately did not get the impression she picks Dumbass, but she could pick McVet since he's just recurring and you know she and Dumbass will find their way back to each other at some point.
