No one wants to find a job, its a need one to keep buying alcohol deal.

I found a job! I start tomorrow! Quite excited, I can afford to have a social life now lol

receptionist/admin assistant. Low pressure, stable hours, 2.5 days a week during the summer, 10 hours during the school year, customer service oriented, a 3 minute walk from my house and discounts on bus fare. It's perfect!

I'm liking it so far. Last night I had nothing to do for 2 hours so I flipped through the program list for a while, then read some avon catalogues, then counted the change drawer twice. Eventually the supervisor gave me seomthing to do, 30 min before my shift ended. I ended up leaving 10 min late lol

I'm jealous, they don't trust us enough to let the reception staff have itnernet access lol. I brought my ipod and portable speakers last week to help the boredom. It didn't help much. I don't even have solitare on the computer! It's inhuman!

it is inhuman! And they won't let me knit or bring a book. The best I can do it photocopy articles for school and read those. it looks busniess-y enough. We're supposed to look busy at all times but honestly, what are we supposed to do in the evening when there is nothing to do? There's only so many times you can flip though the program guide before you completely stop caring what damn classes are offered.

At a community centre. I don't have a covered desk so the public can always see what im doing which suuuucks. I hacked the password for the internet on my last shift, so on my evenings there, when the office is totaly empty I have soemthing to do. But there the facilties guys are always coming in an out and I don't know them well enough to know whos anal about that kinda stuff and whos not. I'll have to keep on going with my photocopying articles sceme for the time being. Maybe ill print off some chapters or books from the gutenberg project. no one needs to know im reading dickens or austen instead of policy and guidelines

I'm a little fic-ed out. At least for now. Besides, gutenberg doc. come preformated lol

I bring my laptop to school so when im bored I play my newest obession, Travian. Build a village. train an army. knock down other villages with catapults. its far more fun than it should be lol
