Cory, Yeah.. that's what I was planning on doing. Not having her do it for me but since she has the same exact program as me to see if she would just tell me how to do it so I can finally fix drinks on my own. But yeah, that will be my next drink.

Which drink do you mean? The blue one or the coffee one? I tried to make this one transparent.

Here's the other one. It doesn't look as good on black. I don't know about your program, but if you have to do "save as" and pick which file type, you should save as gif to preserve transparency.

Wow. Laura, I never knew that. I was actually saving it as jpeg. Always thought that was the best. But thanks for doing it for me. I spent like 2 hours on it this morning and then just got soooo mad I went outside for the whole day to play in the sunshine. I'll switch the blue one over since it looks much better and I'll save the "frap" for my 6,000 post.

testing new drink Oh and the biggest problem with my program is that it came with the computer but no book. So I can never figure anything out. Even on the help links. One of these days I'm going to go rent the book from the library. As far as the transparency goes; I know it is capable of it. But the problem I have is when I click the box that says background tranparency and I click yes it makes the drink transparent not the background.

I saw you posted something about pumpkin queen, so I went to the user manager to change my title. That is when I saw it was changed already and wondered how I'd missed it.

Well I figured out where the MSN password box is coming from. It's not from the images. It's from the "Get Out" which I still do not hear. No biggie. But I just thought I'd tell you that I went and switched the song to another link and the Msn box was gone. I put yours back and the boxy is back to. Although, I think I'm the only one seeing it?

What MSN password box? Am I the only one hearing the "Get Out" when I first get on the board?

No, I think I'm the only one not hearing it. It's just really weird. Maybe it has something to do with the different opperating systems. Some hear it others don't and get a box.

Jen - I am going to blame AOL. I checked the site from work (which I shouldn't be doing but I cheated and used someone else's computer so it can't be traced to me) and I didn't see teh box pop up. I thought maybe I was not seeing it at home b/c I have cookies for the password on my computer. Anyway, when weird stuff happens, I find it is caused by AOL being incompatible with the rest of the internet universe.

Too funny, Laura. I hated AOL when I had it!

Actually, that makes perfect sense Laura. So those of us who do not hear it must be on AOL. And see the thing is I love AOL; my husband thinks I'm insane and hates it. We have the cable modem so I don't actually have to use AOL but I see no other way (well he has showed me how to just click on explorer and type in the address and wha la) Except I'm just too damn hooked on the AOL that I log on and access it via AOL. Yes, I am crazy.

What? You pay for AOL and cable access? Ach! My boyfriend pays for DSL, AOL and MSN. I keep telling him he's wasting money but he has all sorts of reasons for having all three.
I had AOL once (actually at work before we had company internet) waayyyy back in the old days when people using AOL could only email others on AOL and couldn't go to sites outside of AOL. People would try to email us for work and the mail would be in binary code. I tried out a free trial last year just because it was free & it made my comuter crash. Most people I know who have it say they love it but also bitch and moan about the weird things it does.
