Hey I just noticed that Cory's birthday falls on FD's 1 year birthday, how cool is that? See you were meant to be here.

Well technically it was "founded" as you can see at the bottom of the main page last Oct. 20th. But we didn't actually open it to the general public until a month later. It was the week of Thanksgiving.

Yeah it does. It seems a lot longer than just a year has passed.

Like last night it almost killed me to promise myself not to come on (which I didn't ) and finally got my poster project done! Of course that took me 3 hours to do but was fun and then I watched that movie Project Greenlight. But I'd say about 50 percent of that time my mind kept drifting back to here.. and wondering who was on and what was going on and what I was missing out on.

Thanks. It came out really cool. It was a jeopardy like game (poster size) board. It's for class this week. See we have a test. And every year we always just read the review section out of the books and then do the test. So this year I decided to do something fun. So I put all the review questions on the board. With 100 to 600 points (all little squares). And then yesterday I went to Walmart and bought gum, candy, little cars, bubbles, bracelets, bag of creatures, pencils, bouncy balls, and so on. And then last night I got 3 bags and labeled them 100/200 point bag, 300/400 point bag and 500/600 point bag and put all the goodies in them (nicer ones in the harder bag of course.) So when they get the question right they can get a price out of that bag. Okay, way more than you probably wanted to know, but it was fun and I'm so excited to do it this week.
