Amazon announced last month it's platform to allow some fanfictions- Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars and the Vampire Diaries to name a few to be published as e-books ranging from .99- 3.99.

As a Fan Fic writer-- are you excited about this new concept or are you against it completely? Rant and Rave your own experiences here!

Yeah... I think it all came from the huge success of 50 shades of grey that Amazon decided to act on that.

However, I'm with you... if I write something- especially fanfic or the likes, I wouldn't want to publish it (I know, weird) but would do it more for those in that fic circle.

I also thought I had read something about amazon getting certain rights if you publish with them. Which in turn, could hurt an author further down the road if it made it to the 50 shades of OMG level. I think. But don't quote me on that!

Now, if I wrote an original novel or something (not fanfic) then of course I would want it published- but not as an e-book!

well, I was one of those people who couldn't make it past the 3rd page. But I'm kind of weird anyway. So... don't listen to me!

And yes, I agree with you! How I miss the old Roswell fic. I need to get into some newer fandom fics now I suppose.
