Can't help you on the producer or the other characters because I don't remember but it seems Roam accepting the donation from Goldman is a big no-no because he's going after him legally, trying to bring him down so that's a major conflict of interest and would affect his case.

PART THREE:

Goldman Empire. A woman walks down toward Larry office. Skip walking the opposite direction, bump in the woman.

Woman: “Skip.”
Skip: “Amber Synn. What are you doing here?” Skip grab Amber arm and walk her to the wall. Amber pulls her arm away.
Amber: “I am looking for Larry.”
Skip: “Well, he busy now. Beside you are not suppose to be here. We have an agreement, remember?”
Amber: “I remember. But it important, Skip. I'm sure he can make some time.”
Skip: “Do you need more money? (Amber gives him a weird look) Look, Amber, he is having a conference with a T.T. Thomsen right now. You would know how important that is.”
Amber looks at Skip for a second
Amber: “Tell Larry I was looking for him, could you do that.”
Skip: “Sure thing.”
Amber turns and walks to the elevator. Skip looks at her and smirks.

In Goldman's office. Larry is sitting across from a half bald man, with glasses and with a blue suit.

Larry: “I just don't want to sell porn, I want to distribute it. Can you make this probably, Mr. Thomsen?”
T.T: “With the grown of porns, HBO, and Showtime, and the moneys flow, I am positive that no cable network wouldn't want Larry Goldman on their bank rolls. Now, that you have conquer videos and DVD industries, I sure you can rule the TV world, Mr. Goldman's.”
Larry: “What about the money.”
T.T: “I sure that won't be a problem.
Larry: “I want this deal to be legitimate and legal. I don't want anything that might come back and bite my ass later.
T.T: (smile) “I am a well known businessman Mr. Goldman's, everything I do is legal. Beside, if I couldn't make it happen, I sure you wouldn't have called me. Right, Larry. You have nothing to worry about. Don't worry about it; I will make you the next Larry Flynt. Goldman Televise.” Larry smile at the sound of his only television channel.

The Roam Home. Laura is in the kitchen, someone is knocking on the door.
Laura: “Hi, Lenny.”
Lenny: “Hello, Mrs. Roam. How are you today?”
Laura: “I am good, thank you Lenny.”
Lenny: “You welcome. Is Adam home?”
Laura: “Yeah. Come on in. Adam!? Lenny is here.” Laura turns to smile at Lenny. And excuse herself back to the kitchen. Adam comes down the stairs.
Adam: “Hey dude. Come on.”

Adam room. Adam dress in his usually attire: faded jeans and button shirt, showing his tank top. Lenny in is player clothing. Adam sits on the bed and Lenny sit on a chair nearby.
Lenny: “So what you want to do tonight?”
Adam: “There is a party down in south beach port.”
Lenny: “You were thinking?” Rise is eyebrow at Adam.
Adam: “I'm going.”
Lenny: “What? You are kidding, right?” Lenny let out a chuckle.
Adam: “No, I am going.” Adam says seriously.
Lenny: “Why?”
Adam: “What you mean? It a party.”
Lenny: “And? That doesn't mean anything. Remember the rooftop party. Do you remember what I have to do for you to go? Or any party. (Lenny still rising his eyebrows at Adam) So…what the deal?” Adam looks at Lenny and feels a little guilty.
Adam: “Alrite. Vanessa called and asked me to go with her. (Adam looks over at Lenny, see what he thinks) – Just as friends.”
Lenny: “Really? You know that girl still have a thing for you.”
Adam: “NO, she doesn't. She ever said it herself: just friends.”
Lenny: “Alrite, if that what you believe.”
Adam: “Well, I do.”
Lenny: “Hey, what about that girl…what her name? The one you met at the rooftop?”
Adam: “Jewel.”
Lenny: “Yeah, I thought you and her are going out.”
Adam: “We did. She broke up with me.”
Lenny: “Really? What happen?
Adam: “Her parents and my.”
Lenny: “Who are her parents?”
Adam: “Larry Goldman's.”
Lenny: “What?! (Lenny stands for the chair) THE LARRY GOLDMAN?”
Adam: “Calm down, Lenny.”
Lenny: “So all this time you been dating Larry Goldman daughter?”
Adam: “Yes.”
Lenny: “I knew you have good tastes. So what she likes. She is nasty… (Lenny does a pelvis thrust. And sit back down.)
Adam: “What. No. She not likes that. Jewel she is different. (Adam thinks for a second) Have you ever met someone for the first time and you knew this is it. This person is what you wanted.”
Lenny: “Yeah. My dog.”
Adam: “Shut up. (They chuckle together) Well, that how I feel about Jewel. I need to get her back.
Lenny: “Oh. I see. That why you yes to go to this party with Vanessa, and asking me to come with you. You need an alibi.
Adam: “Yeah, part.”
Lenny: “Alrite. So what you have planned?”
Adam: “Ok…Here what…”

Goldman's home. Jewel Room, she looking at the picture that Adam drew her at the diner. Her cell ring.
Jewel: “Hi, Brian.” Jewel seems not interested.”
Brian: “Hey, Jewel.”
Jewel: “What up?”
Brian: “Do you have anything planned for tonight. I was wondering if you want to go to this south beach party tonight with me.”
Jewel: “Actually, I am busy tonight. I have this thing with my mom tonight. I sorry.”
Brian: “Oh… it fine. Well, if you change your mind, you know where I'll be.”
Jewel: “Ok. I will. Bye” Jewel hangs up the cell and looks down at the picture and wonder what Adam is doing.

(The white guy name will be Gary)
At Tom Office. Tom just walks into the office.
Jerry: “So you want to explain what happen this morning.”
Tom: “No, it self-explanatory. Look, we can't worry about that now. What is important now is Goldman's. He is not going to back down, so we need to turn it up a knot. I need information, guys.”
Jerry: “That would be hard, consider this guy has dusted everything from this past. There is really nothing that we can find.”
Cynthia: “Nobody is that perfect especially if you are a porn producer. We are not looking in the right place.”
Gary: “If we want to know about Goldman's past, there is one person we can talk to. Amber Synn. She knows everything about the porn industry. She is the original golden girl. She would be the person; we would want to talk to.”
Tom: “Is she still working for Goldman's?”
Gary: “No. She hasn't works in 4 years. She was the Hollywood star of the porn industry. But one day she just stops working. Don't know why though.”
Tom: “Guess we are about to find out. Doesn't she still lives in L.A.?”
Gary: “Surprisingly she still does.”
Tom: “I want to talk to her. I want to know where she is currently working, living; I want to know everything to about her. I want this to be the nail in Goldman's coffin, people.”

At the party. Vanessa is trying to get close to Adam, who is not showing interest.
Vanessa: “How about we go somewhere that is quieter, Adam.”
Adam: “Um… Here is ok. I can hear you.”
Vanessa: “No. Somewhere that is just the two of us.” Vanessa runs her hand on Adam chest. He politely removes it.
Adam: “Vanessa, I am sorry I can't do this.”
Vanessa: “What wrong? You don't have a girlfriend, do you?” Vanessa stands closer to Adam and let one hand on Adam chest and the other on his back. She starts stroking her hands.
Adam: “No, not really.” Adam again to steps back.
Vanessa: “Then what the problem. You don't have a girlfriend and I don't either. Why can't we?” Vanessa moving in closer, close enough to Adam lip, Adam, who is trying to fight the temptation.
Adam: “I sorry, Vanessa I can't.” Adam back away, removes her hands.
Vanessa: “It ok. I understand. I am going to go clean up and come back and we can talk about it.” Vanessa touches his face and excuse herself.
Adam: “Um…I.” Adam puts his hands in this pocket and turn around…. to see Jewel standing there. They lock eyes.
Adam: “Jewel.” Happy to see her and also scare that she might have seen him with Vanessa. Jewel walk toward Adam. Jewel doesn't look too happy. As they sit face to face, Vanessa comes back.
Vanessa: “Oh, I forgot my purse.” She look at Adam and then at Jewel. Jewel looks at Vanessa then back at Adam.
Jewel: “I thought you wanted to see me. Not see you with someone else.”
Adam: “What. No. I wanted to see you. This is not what it looks like.”
Jewel: “It looks like you moves on to someone else.”
Adam: “No, of course. You think I would do that. Call you here to let you see me with someone else.”
Jewel: “It looks like it. I mean what was I suppose to think. She is touching you, Adam.”
Adam: “And nothing happen. Looks this is Vanessa and we are here as friends only, nothing else.”
Jewel: “How would I know if you are telling me the true?”
Adam: “Because it is the true. Nothing happen.” Adam tries to touch her hand but she pull away.
Jewel: “You know what I don't need this. I'm out of here. (Jewel turn around to Brian, and grab his arm). Let's go somewhere else.” Adam still standing there confuses. Blink and runs after Jewel. Adam bump into Lenny by the door.
Lenny: “Hey. Slow down, dude.”
Adam: “I have to go, Lenny.” Lenny let go and Adam run out the door. Lenny looks out the door.
Lenny: “She hot, dude.”

Outside. Adam runs up behind Jewel and grabs her arm.
Adam: “Jewel. Please we talk about this.” Jewel didn't turn around. Brian looks at Adam and Jewel.
Brian: “Hey, why don't you let her go. She says she is leaving.” Brian walks up to Adam.
Adam: “What are you going to do about it? She is my girlfriend.” Brian was surprised.
Brian: “What? Why would she go out with punk like you? Why don't you get a life?” (Brian pushes Adam and he let go of Jewel hand. Adam stumbles back but regains his balance.) “Wait. I remember you. You are that asshole that pushed me to the pool at that party.”
Adam: “What are you going to do about?” Adam walks up to Brian and stand nose to nose with him. Jewel tries to break up the two.
Jewel: “Adam don't do this.” Jewel stand in front of Brian and look straight at Adam.
Adam: “Do what? I just wanted to talk to you.” Adam look argue.
Jewel: “There is nothing to talk about. We are done, Adam.”
Adam: “No, you don't mean that. I Love You, Jewel.” Jewel turn away.
Brian: “She doesn't want to talk you, punk.” Brian pushes Adam again. Adam holding his arguer. Crunch his fist.
Jewel: “Brian, what are you doing? Just go.” Jewel hold Brian back pulling his arm but he break loose.
Brian: “No. Last time he humiliated me in front of my friends, and I haven't forgotten about that and why should I?” Brian grabs Adam by this shirt and punch Adam. Adam fells backward on the ground. Jewel let out a scream.
Jewel: “Oh my god. What are you crazy?” Jewel yells at Brian and kneels down next to Adam. But Adam charge at Brian and knock him over. Adam and Brian start wrestling on the ground. Adam would get a punch but Brian would also. While Adam is punching Brian, Lenny jumps in with other people and pull Adam and Brian apart. Lenny pulls Adam to the far side.
Lenny: “What are you doing? Are you crazy?” Adam pulls away from Lenny.
Adam: “No. What was I suppose to do?”
Lenny: “Um… Walk away?”
Adam: “Why should I?”
Lenny: “Because what would you say to your parent? Oh…you fell?”
Adam: “I don't care.” Adam look over at Jewel helping Brian up. Adam looks away. Jewel look at him and was about to walk over when Vanessa comes over.
Vanessa: “Oh my god. Adam are you ok?” She starts touching his wound. Adam flitch back, worry that Jewel might see this.
Adam: “I am ok. Thank.” Adam turns around and sees that Jewel and Brian is gone. Adam walks forward and stops. Defeated, He turns to Lenny and Vanessa.
Adam: “I am going to go home.” Adam turns to walk home.
Lenny: “Wait. It only had been an hour.”
Vanessa: “Adam, let me take you home.” Vanessa starts walking when Lenny grabs her arm.
Lenny: “No, let him go.” Adam walk off the front lawn toward the street. It's going to be a long walk home.

San Fernando. Tom and his staff are walking to an apartment complex. (This whole scene is quick and there are music playing when Tom talk the keeper, so we can't hear him talk but see his mouth moving.) The apartment is called White Valley. They walk up to the keeper and asked if Amber is here. And he nodded. They thank him and walk to the elevator and when to the 6 floors. Elevator doors open and they walk down the hall to room 623. Tom knocks on the door. First knock no one answer. Second same silence. He knocks again but not answers. He looks at Gary.
Gary: “Maybe she is in the shower.”
Cynthia: “Or maybe she not home. The keeper doesn't really know that she isn't home.” All sudden they heard a noise in the apartment. Tom knocks again.
Tom: “Miss. Synn? My name is Tom Roam and I am from the DA office. Can you please open the door?”
They stand there waiting for a moment when the chain on the lock open. Amber opens the door and step outside the door. Amber looks like she is around 30-36 year olds, she has blonde hair and brown eyes, and she is dress in her sleep cloth.
Amber: “What do you wants?”
Tom: “We want to talk to you. Amber. It has to concern Goldman's.”
Amber: “What about him?”
Tom: “We know that you are on his bank roll for four years after you abruptly stop working. And that you were admitted to a mental hospital.”
Amber: “Ever heard of retirement. I'm sure that not against the law. And the only reason I was admitted to the mental hospital because I had lost someone close to my life and Goldman accused me of trying to killing myself.
Tom: “Why would he accuse you? Did you try to kill yourself? Because there were reports of drugs overdose in your hospital records, Amber.”
Amber: “What?! Of, course not. I had a son. Beside the drugs thing was long time ago. I have done that when I had my son.”
Tom: “But you did lose someone close you. Like a sister, right? Jessica Hill.”
Amber: “How did you know about Jessica? Did Goldman tell you this?” Amber got angry.
Tom: “No. Does he know something about Jessica?”
Amber: “Of, course. She worked for him. I'm sure everyone knows who Larry Goldman is. Look, Mr..?”
Tom: “Tom Roam.”
Amber: “Roam. Look I have a four years old boy that I have to take to school tomorrow morning, and I had a long day today. And I especially don't want to talk about Larry Goldman any further. That name doesn't exist anymore to me. So, excuse me.” Amber walk back to her apartment. Tom puts his hand on the door to stop her from closing it.
Tom: “Help me then. If you hate Goldman so much, help me put his ass away. I know you just starting a new life, with you son. But you are having problem with social service. You don't have full custody him. I can help you. But you have to agree to help me with Goldman?” Amber doesn't reply but she doesn't close the door either. Amber stands there thinking for a minute. She turns around at Tom.
Amber: “If I do help you, can you guarantee me that I will have full custody of my son.”
Tom: “I can try.”
Amber: “NO. I want you to guarantee me that I will have full custody of my son. Or there will be no deal.” Tom seems to be in a tight spot.
Tom: “If I do get you full custody, you have to guarantee me that you will help me. Do we have a deal?”
Amber: “Yeah. Come by tomorrow at 9:00 at night.” Amber closes the door on Tom. Tom seems happy that he is closer to getting Larry Goldman.
Jerry: “How can you get her full custody of her son? It's not in your jurisdiction.”
Gary: “I'm sure, Mrs. Roam can help us in this matter. Right, Tom?”
Tom: “Right. Come on, let's go.”

At the beach house. Adam and Jewel are lying close to each other. It 3 in the morning.
Adam: “Jewel?” Adam touches her shoulder.
Jewel: “Hmmm.” Jewel stir.
Adam: “I have to go home.”
Jewel: “What? Now. At this time?” Jewel slow open her eyes and turn to Adam.
Adam: “Yeah. I have to go.”
Jewel: “But your wound.” Jewel reach to touch them.
Adam: “I'll be ok. But if I go now, I wouldn't be in so much trouble.”
Jewel: “Would it make a difference?”
Adam: “I don't know. But I don't want to get grounded and not be able to see you.” Jewel smile at Adam.
Jewel: “Ok. I guess I go home to.”
Adam: “You can just stay here.”
Jewel: “No. It feels so empty here by myself.” Adam looks at Jewel and lends in to kiss her. They kiss for awhile. After, they lay in each other arms. Adam give Jewel a kiss on her front head.
Adam: “We have to go, Jewel.”
Jewel: “Ok.” They get up and put on their clothes.

In front of Adam block. Jewel park her car at the corner of Adam block.
Jewel: “I guess this is goodnight, huh?”
Adam: “Yeah. But I see you tomorrow.”
Jewel: “I hope.”
Adam: “I will.” They smile at each other and lend in to kiss. After a moment of kisses and quiet. Adam part and get out of the car.
Jewel: “I love you.” Adam turns around and gets her a kiss.
Adam: “I love you.” Adam turns and walks down the block. Jewel waiting until Adam got to his front lawn and drive away. Adam hears Jewel drive off, and walk slowly to the front door. He turns the door knot and slide quietly in. The house was dark. Stand for a second and start walking to the stair, expecting his dad to walk out from the living room, but no one did. He walks slowing upstairs, now expecting his mom, but no one. Confuse, he walk to his room. He change clothes, and walk outside. He went downstairs, check the drive way. His dad car was home. But his mom was. Where is his mom? He walks into the living room, and sees a figure lying on the sofa. He steps closer and he can see his mom lying there, sleeping. He glances at the table by and see a glass of liquor and a half full bottom next to it. He looks back at his mom, wondering what is going on. He walks around the sofa and a pull a blanket close by and covers his mom. He looks at her for a second, and walk back upstairs, in relief that he didn't get in trouble tonight.

Next morning at the Roam house, in the living. Angela opens her eyes to the bright lights. She slow sat up and massages her face. She sat there; hands on her face and a thought make her wide awake. Adam. She went quickly upstairs and knocks on Adam door, no reply. She opens the door and sees that Adam is not there. Went she just started to turn around, the bathroom door open. There Adam comes walking out, just taking a shower. His towel was covering his head so she couldn't see his wound. Not seeing his mom there, Adam take down the towel. Angela looks at Adam in shock.
Angela: “Oh my god, Adam. What happen to your face?” Adam didn't know his mom was there; look at his in shock too.
Adam: “Mom. I didn't know you would there.” Angela walks up to Adam and start touching his face, but Adam took her hands and set them down.
Angela: “Don't change the subject. What happen to your face?”
Adam: “Um…I…I fall…down the stairs last night at the party.”
Angela: “Don't lie to me, Adam. Your cut doesn't look like someone would have if they have falling down the stairs. Tell me the truth. Did someone do this?”
Adam: “Yes. But nobody important. Just a misunderstanding, that's all.”
Angela: “How can it be a misunderstanding if their fist is on your face?” Adam didn't say anything and walk past her, into his room. He set the towel down and sat on the bed.
Adam: “I was just been there at a wrong time at the wrong place.”
Angela: “What that suppose to mean.”
Adam: “It means that some guys were fighting and I was trying to help break the fight and I was on the wrong side on the punch.”
Angela: (Sigh) I sorry. I know you would not get in fight. I…it just that lately things have been changing. I just don't know what to do anymore, that all.” Adam feels bad for lying to his mom.
Adam: “I sorry, mom.” Adam and his mom look at each other for a second.
Angela: “Are you really OK.” Angela come close and touches Adam bruises.
Adam: “Yes. I fine. Don't worry, mom.” Adam gets up. “Why don't you take a long rest? I'm sure, the sofa wasn't the more uncomfortable place.” Angela chuckled.
Angela: “I wish I could but I have a lot of things to do. I go make some breakfast.”
Adam: “Ok.” Angel left the room and Adam close the door. Adam picks up his cell and dials Jewel. The cell rings a few ring.
Adam: “Morning sleepy head.” The screen split and we see Jewel still lying in bed.
Jewel: “Morning.” Jewel got up and stretch.
Adam: “Did you have a good sleep.”
Jewel: “Better.” Adam chuckled. “So have you mom find out about your bruises?” Jewel walk to the room to brush her teeth.
Adam: “Yeah. She was just here.”
Jewel: “What did you told her?”
Adam: “I told her that I was trying to break up a fight and got punch.”
Jewel: “And she believes you?”
Adam: “I think so.” Jewel is now brushing her teeth.
Jewel: “I am really sorry you have to lie to your mother, Adam.”
Adam: “It fine. I didn't really lie, anyway. Are you brushing right now?”
Jewel: “Yeah. Why?” Adam chuckled.
Adam: “How about I'll call you later, when you are not brushing you teeth or do something else.”
Jewel: “Ok. I love you.”
Adam: “What you say. I can't hear you through all that foam.”
Jewel: “I say I love you, you dork.” Adam laugh.
Adam: “I love you too. Bye”
Jewel: “Bye.”

yeah i am planning on to finish the fanfiction i have been so busy lately with school and thinking of ideas for the fanfictin. I hope it play out good in the end.
