I think that is what they are officially saying but I have read that she didn't like what the writer's did to her character in Season 4 and her and Joss got into it behind the scenes. It is just rumoured though. I don't blame her for hating what they did to Cordy. I didn't enjoy the story either.:sad

amen they did they it was to spend time with her kid more but i think its 100% cuz of how they ruined her character. I loved her character, till the 4th season. I mean how stupid is it to give not one line to one of only 2 characters that has been on the show from the beginning (goyle is gone and well its angels show, so cordy is one of the only staying from the beginning) and do that to her. VERY STUPID

Cordy was my fave character up until mid-seasin 3. I agree, they have totally ruined her character.

I've watched Angel from the beginning, and don't recall the mis-use of Cordelia. Then again, I forgot the storyline from this past season, so that may explain her attitude.

cordy beomes evil

ordy and connoer have a baby

jasmine is born and cordy goes in a coma

cordy doesnt come out of coma and jasmine her baby tries to take over the world
