In your opinion, who do you think is the best author you've read?

John Grisham and I adore William Shakespeare.

I used to love Grisham too. I got lost somewhere around his 5th book I think. I also used to love the trashy Steele books.  Boy I could read threw those in just a few hours back in the day.  Um, lets see the book I tend to read over and over again now a days would have to be Dr. Spock.
