Well I have a week off and and I have absolutely nothing to do right now so I thought I'd start a new Roswell Rant.

Right, some of you already know that I sometimes lurk over at Roswell Fanatics and occasionally read CC fics or whatever. Well while lurking (at other places too not just at fanatics) I've noticed a trend among Dreamers and CC'ers and my god even some supposed "Candies"- They are total Maria haters! I've heard things like "Maria was a bitch, and a shitty friend who abandoned her friends" and "Maria should die Michael deserves better he should be with Isabel" . My question is why can people forgive Michael but not Maria?

Was Maria a bitch in season 3? Yes, I don't deny that. Could I understand her actions? You bet your sweet asses I could. I really don't think her actions were the problem though I think it was the fact they weren't explained at all, we just got stuck with another ridiculous dreamer episode and were left to guess what was going on, but moving on...

Now Michael, I love the guy. I do. It's a fact. But he isn't a saint. He f****d around with Maria for like 2 years. He dumped her more than once for crappy reasons. There was the incest dreams and Isabel was supposed to be his mate, he ignored her for an entire summer, played kissy kissy with Courtney and not to mention he was sometimes downright mean. But that's O.K he can be forgiven, but for some reason people treat Maria like the anti-christ. Why? Is it because Michael's a guy and most Roswellians are female so they're like "boys will be boys..." but are total bitches to other females? I honestly have no idea.

So again, why is it that people can forgive Michael but not Maria? Come and discuss it with me and feel free to express your opinions about season 3 too.
