06/06 - Alex made a bet that he could sleep with Izzie. George wants to tell her about the bet when he thinks that Alex volunteered to help her on a project so he could sleep with her. Alex says he's not doing this for the bet so he calls it off. Izzie presents the case of Kalpana Vera who's been passing out and having palpitations. Meredith presents Cristina's case (yes, she is a patient this week). Cristina finds it difficult to not butt in some of the cases, especially Kalpana's. Meredith's mother is still in the hospital (she got a tumor resection) but she thinks she is a surgeon and everyone humors her. Alex takes care of a patient who claims he has a gunshot wound to the head yet can calmly read a magazine. Bailey, Addison, Cristina's mother, George, Burke, Webber, and Derek also appear. 06/13 - Cristina is back to work even if she just got discharged. Izzie is not talking to Alex anymore. Izzie presents the case of Verna Bradley, who came to the hospital with signs of heart attack. Cristina takes care of Henry Lamott who was admitted for a spinal implant to control pain and who's watching porn in his hospital room (his wife is also there). Derek and Meredith treat a patient who has a tumor in her spinal canal, which will lead to paralysis if not taken care of. What will happen when the parents say no surgery? George and Alex get stuck in an elevator with a heart patient and will have to perform the surgery themselves, with the help of Burke who will talk them through it. 05/23 - [Look for a possible Alex and Izzie matchup.] I'm 99 percent certain [that Addison Shepard] is a blast from the past. But that is FAR from the last of her. His lady's entrance last night was just the beginning of a storyline that will drive Meredith and the Seattle Grace staff up the wall. She'll be around for a six episode arc at least. As of now, there are no plans for her to become a regular cast member... but you can definitely expect to see her face around the hospital halls when the show returns next fall, working on a case that requires her special expertise.
