I think they should get Alex and Izzie back together. I really do, but I think they need to do it right. It needs to be slow and gentle. We've seen him be that way with her and that's exactly what she needs right now. I think they are perfect for each other, but they both need to work to realize that.

I want Izzie and Alex back together too, but they need to BUILD towards it, slowly. In the end Alex turned out to be a pretty decent guy, despite her asshatty attitude at the later stages of the season, so they have to build back up the trust and friendship again. Maybe by Feburary sweeps they can start thinking about getting romantically involved again, but that MUST only be dating... they need it to be super slow.

They really took a hatchet to them last year to justify Denny!obsession. Whah! (Not that I'm crying over Denny, but over what HE did to my favorite Grey's ship!).
