I can't get into Christmas until like December 15th or something. I LOVE Christmas and decorating and shopping for my friends and family and serving dinner at Homeless shelters, but not until mid-December.

Thats the beauty of being Canadain. Tanksgiving is in October so after Halloween its open season on Christmas! I spent this evening making salt dough oranments while pseudo-babysitting. We made oranaments and watched both ghostbusters movies. When we ran out of dough we made orange-clove pomaders.

LOL One of the radio stations around here started playing round the clock Christmas carols AFTER Halloween... it's just too much. I love Christmas songs, but not this early.

That's what I think too, but apparently I'm like on my own little island because I called in complaint and was told "Wow. You are the only one to complain! We get people who want them year round!" and at that point, I said I'd never listen to their station again. LOL

It started at 12am, Nov 1st. I thought maybe they're just playing a block of songs, but I woke up, Christmas carols... and, it hasn't stopped, but I've heard the same songs over and over and over again.

:angry2

Was that the Grey Cup Parade? I saw bits of it on CBC and Santa was there! Is that the start of the Christmas season in Canada?

I love football! I knew it was Canadian Thanksgiving 'cause I got to watch the Argos! *snort*

I love it.

I'm spending my Thanksgiving tomorrow at the Lions Annual Turkey Day game here in Michigan. It's tradition and I love it!

sadly no charlie brown. i barely found time ti watch greys. i had to write a 7 page research proposal for friday and im a pretty slow writer. it took me almost all day. If i hadnt had an exam on wednesday i would ahve started sooner and probably done a much better job but whatever. i did the the best i could. im going to track down a charlie brown xmas though. my mom taped it when I was like 2. so what if its 20 years old and the sound is shot and the picture is all grainy? its tradition lol. plus i get to make fun of all the 80s commericals lol
